The Space

In a quiet tiny mountain town in the middle of Sirente-Velino natural park, you can find a small comfortable place where to stay. During the winter, it is a perfect home-base for the Ovindoli' ski station and during the summer you can find a lot of trekking paths climb-up the mountains, just close by the house. You will find a two floor indipendent house, with a comfortable fireplace. The house has one double room and one room with a bunk-bed for two people. Furthermore, in the living room there is a sofa bed for two other people. Kitchen has gas oven and a big fridge. A washing mashine is in the bathroom. During the summer, a pretty sunny patio is perfect to enjoy the mountain view in front of the house.

  • Had a good stay at the apartment. Was spacious, air-conditioned in each room (very good when there is 35 outside) and well equipped. All the required shops are nearby. Good accessibility to main sights (tram 8 for 20 minutes and then just walking).

    Would recommend to others.

  • We stayed for 3 nights in Marco's apartment. We truly enjoyed our stay as it has all the kitchen equipments, furnishings that made our stay comfortable. We received a bottle of lovely wine from Marco which was very nice of him. The apartment is close to supermarket as well as the tram station which makes it very easy for us to go to all the attractions around Rome. We will definitely choose to stay at Marco's should we come back to Rome in the future.

  • We stayed for 5 nights in Rome. Very cosy and clean apartment. All necessary equipment is available. The location is not so far from the city centre, it takes 10-15 minutes by public transport to get there. In my opinion it is quiet living area around.
We asked about the pick up service as our flight was in the evening and it was dark on the streets, so we decided that it would be easier for us to get to the apartment strictly from the airport by car. It was organized without any problems.
It was very easy to communicate.
Dear Marco, thank you for everything!

  • We really enjoyed our stay in Marco's appratment! It is very cosy and clean, not far from the center. With the tram and train station nearby we could get to the center and Vatikan very quickly. There is a lovely supermarket with very cheap prices and a wonderful fruit shop nearby. Also there is a take away pizza, fried chicken, etc., which is very convenient after long walks in Rome. Of course, there is a plenty of appliances to cook yourself in Marco's appartment. So I definitely recommend this flat for a short stay in Rome. Thanks, Marco!

  • Perfect appartment for four people! Everything was clean and the kitchen was well-equipped. (We also liked the small vegetable/fruit shop right before the house. Very cheap and tasty.) Trastevere main station is quite near, so you can reach all important sightseeing points and the City Center very well. Thank you very much (also to your mother)! I would stay here again :)

  • We had a great time at this place. It is a choice for those who wish to stay close to the attraction yet get a taste of the local way of life. Besides, there is a really nice pizza shop just opposite the apartment.

I have started in AirBnB as a guest and I really enjoy it, that's why I became a host too. Thanks to my mom and my brother collaboration now I can host nice people in my flat in Rome. I think airbnb is a great idea to travel around and meet new people. I use airbnb for job trips as well as for vacation with my wife. I always take my camera with me. Photography is my first unprofessional job after work and I really love portraits of people. It's a good way to socialize. When I travel, I don't like collect places, but I always try to live a little bit of their culture and talk with the people who live there. Of course, it's not always possible but I enjoy to keep trying. Carpe diem! Marco
