  • Hello,
I stayed with Roberta for 4 days. It was amazing. The apartment is very well located just in front of a metro station, however the rooms are very quiet. The area is great. Lots of restaurants and shops around and not too touristic. Furthermore the apartment is very clean. It looks exactly as the photos show.
Roberta herself welcomed me. She gave me my own set of keys. Apart from that she gave me very helpful tips :) (how to skip long waiting lines etc.). She is an open-minded, very communicative and great host. I loved staying with her.
Additionally, I could always contact her in any case.
Therefore this is my absolute recommendation for anybody travelling to Rome! You should stay with Roberta. I will definitely stay with her again, when I go back to Rome.
    Take care

  • I can highly recommend Roberta's place. It's remarkbly clean, comfortable and calm, near to the metro and in a safe area. It was the perfect place to start with my Erasmus semester in Rome. Roberta is very friendly and helpful with everything. She gives the place a more personal touch and gave me some really good advices for food around the hostel. I liked the area so much, that I moved in an apartment nearby. Though it is very central, the b&b is not located in the tourist area but in an italian neighbourhood where you can discover the authentic modern Rome. I'm sure everyone will love it there!

  • Pros: (1) The metro (subway stop) is directly across the street, it is in a non-toursity area so the store prices are not inflated, (2) there are several good restaurants that are in walking distance of the BnB, (3)A helpful host.

Cons: The city noise, but what can you expect being right in the city.

On this trip, I travelled to Rome on an off peak season (February), so I would imagine the city is a lot more busy in the summer. I have honestly never met someone so hospitable in my life, it seemed as though Roberta "bent over backwards" in order to make sure my stay there was pleasant, she sat down and explained everything to me including all of the good restaurants and amenities.

The room was nice, organized, and clean. The place is located smack dab right in Rome, If you are coming from Ciampino Airport to Termini by shuttle bus, you will actually pass by the place, so keep your head on a swivel when you get close, use the buses wifi for your smart phone when using a map application. My overall experience was a very positive one, I would definitely stay there again.

  • It's absolutely true!! A wonderful, clean and friendly B&B in Rome! First, the location was the perfect starting point to see all of Rome's attractions. I actually walked everywhere. One tourist site after another beginning with St Giovanni to Vatican City.
Second, Roberta is the most amicable and attentive host I have come across on Airbnb. She left me sticky notes and a perfect itinerary that really helped me see the most in 4 days. She also gave me advice on the cheapest BEST places to eat. (Ask her about the restaurant located behind her apt, BEST Roman food)
Thank you Roberta, I hope I have the privilege to be your guest again and I definitely recommend to anyone visiting Rome. Better than a hotel, whether on a budget or not, Roberta offers the best B&B!
