The Space

I bet you won’t find a better, cleaner and friendlier B & B in Rome... :)
Apart from Joking, I’d like to introduce myself:
My name is Roberta and I have been living in Rome for the last four years as this city make me immediately feel at home…so I decided to stay for a long while… I'll be happy to accomodate you and make your stay comfortable and above all exciting, because trust me, Rome can leave something special in your heart as well ..
My offers include internet wi fi, towels, and a full breakfast: cheese, cereals, biscuits, croissants, toast with butter and many kinds of jam, orange juice, coffee and milk or tea and yogurt.
My apartment is located only 5 mins walking to the Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano, Santa Croce in Gerusalemme Basilica which are two of the four most ancient basilicas in Rome and only 20 minutes walking to the Colosseum but you can also take the METRO A , which is just few steps away from my apartment, to go to Piazza di Spagna, Fontana di Trevi, Piazza Navona, Piazza del Popolo, Villa Borghese, the Vatican City and all the main attractions of the Eternal City ..
As you can see from the map, my apartment is located in one of the most famous and central square in Rome and with a lots of shops, boutiques, markets, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes.
My apartment is fully equipped to make your stay as much comfortable as possible. If you want, you can take my advice to help you discover the beautiful Rome: tourist guides, maps and you can have a copy of the daily routes to visit the eternal city.
From the airports of Fiumicino and Ciampino, take a bus to Termini train station and then take the subway "Re di Roma", which is only 4 stops from Termini station.
You can check at any time, and if you need, after you check out you can leave your luggage and pick it up whenever you want.
Prices can frequently change depending on monthly booking and season.
Contact me and I will give you all the information you might need.
Furthermore, in case you would like to book Colosseum,Vatican or city tour i can provide you details and put you in contact with experienced tour guides, just ask me for more details.

  • Roberta was a nice host even thou we did not get to meet her in person. She prepare a map for us and everything was well organized. The apartment is at the best location, 4 metro stops from Termini station without having to change the line.. and the location is right at the square (piazza rei di roma). There're Pizzeria, supermarket, restaurants, bar just around the apartment.. And ofcourse, they are cheaper and much better than eat or drink in the tourist place! Thx roberta, we had a really good time in rome.

  • You will not find a nicer host than Roberta. Her mission is to make sure all her guests have the best Rome experience. We appreciated the time she spent explaining the best places to go and how to get there on the bus and trains, as well as restaurants. We observed her giving the same help to other guests, always cheerful and patient. She is interesting and intelligent and always up for a general chat.
The area is not touristy even though you are a few minutes walk from St Giovanni and maybe 30 minutes to the ancient centre. So it's a nice refuge from the tourist hordes to relax in the evenings and mingle with just locals.
At the time of writing, the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain are being renovated so don't waste time going there as you will only see tourists trying to squeeze through scaffolding.

  • Great place to stay. Right next to the station so very easy to get around. Very clean and hosts Roberta and Nina were very helpful. Comfortable clean and convenient. Roberta helped a great deal by leaving a map of the area with good places to visit highlighted.

  • Roberta was an incredible host who works very hard to make sure that you are enjoying yourself and are comfortable. We mentioned going on a day trip to another city and she took the time to find train times for us. Her personality is very easy to get along with- she has many interesting stories! Her bed and breakfast is so cute and the room is beautiful. Located only a half an hour walk from the main tourist sites, it was the perfect place to stay in a nice area, we felt very safe! Overall I would definitely stay at her place if I were to ever return to Roma. Cheers :)

Doris

  • As far as guests go, for a variety of reasons, we was probably the most disorganised guests Roberta has ever had. I hardly communicated with Roberta, kept changing the number of nights we were staying, the number of people staying and our arrival times was a mess and rather very late into the night.

Yet Roberta took it all in good measure. She was kind, helpful and very funny. She is an amazing host and her place is very clean. The location was really good. Easy to get to the Metro (just outside the apartment) and for walking around Rome's historic sites. I really enjoyed staying here and if I do go back to Rome, I would stay again.

  • Roberta is a very nice host. Although she was not able to meet with my boyfriend and me for the first couple days, she left a very detailed notes to let us know where to go for sightseeing and leave us a nice map. The place is very clean and nice, which is a three bedrooms apartment. We stay in a pretty big bedroom and shared a bathroom with the other two bedrooms, which is not very bad. the breakfast is pretty nice. I love this place especially with the price we paid (very good deal!).
The location is excellent since it is right above a subway station, Re di Roma, which gives you easy access to different attractions/monuments. Super market is right across street and nice dessert place called "Pompi." please try its Tiramisu if you can, it's tasty!
