About this place

An 18th-century house declared a Site of Cultural Interest of the Artistic and Cultural Heritage of Andalusia, belonging to a protected historical monumental complex and mentioned in documents of the Municipal Archive of Malaga and the Cathedral Archive in 1783. The façade with baroque paintings has been recovered and restored, with ornamental motifs of faux architecture in ocher tones on plastered walls, resulting in very harmonious tones with a soft, velvety texture. Its unique architecture and classic decor contrast with contemporary furnishing details, and the renovation has been carried out with non-polluting bio-construction materials. Located in the heart of Malaga, next to Plaza de la Merced, it allows you to enjoy and visit on foot the city's best cultural and gastronomic offerings, with iconic places such as the Thyssen Museum and the Picasso Museum just minutes away. Guests will be personally welcomed for the key exchange, to be shown the house, to learn how the equipment works and how to use it, and to be provided with the information they need, with telephone support throughout the stay. There are no common areas, except for passageways, the hallway, the main courtyard, and the stairs. There is a private parking lot (Atlántida) about 100 meters away on Refino Street and another public parking lot in Plaza de la Merced, both of which are paid parking. In addition, very close by, on the El Ejido university campus, there are large public spaces where you can park, although downtown is a difficult area to park in.

Other things to note
The property belongs to a protected historical monumental complex classified as a Site of Cultural Interest, mentioned in documents from the Municipal Archive of Malaga and the Cathedral Archive in 1783. Built in the orchard of the Convent of La Merced, with Fray Juan de Berri, Prior of the Order in Malaga M.R.P. Because of its location in the heart of downtown, guests can get around comfortably on foot. There is a private parking lot (Atlántida) approximately 100 m away, on Refino Street, and another public parking lot in Plaza de la Merced. Both are paid parking lots.
