The house is located on a pedestrian street, which retains the air of an authentic old city street. Right in the heart of downtown and just a few meters from Plaza de la Merced, a popular spot for strolling, with bars, terraces, trees, and benches where you can sit, relax, and soak up the sun. Very busy and lively all day long. There are several supermarkets, neighborhood shops and la Merced market, very close by. Less than a 10-minute walk away, you can visit the Casa Natal de Picasso Foundation, the Cathedral, the Alcazaba, the entrance to Gibralfaro Castle, the Roman Theater, the Picasso Museum, the Thyssen Museum, the Bullring, the Maritime Port, the Pompidou Center, etc. You can walk to the beach in 20 minutes.
