Other Things to Note
One of the things we love about San Francisco is it's diversity so with that in mind we want to be clear that we are "all people" friendly. We are LGTBQ friendly ...mostly because we are LGBTQ...We welcome you - whom ever you may be- to our home.
We are a no smoking home. We are also drug free.
We love pets and people who love pets, but we are a pet free home.
Quiet hours are after 10:00 pm on weekdays and after Midnight on weekends.
We had a nice stay and found everything as described. We liked the personal touch, the nice artwork and the inspirational notes. We will likely return when we come back to San Francisco
Brad was a perfect host, generous and considerate without hovering over his guests. Unfortunately Chris wasn't home, so we weren't able to meet him.
The place was as advertised, cozy, near public transportation with a cute little garden. It was small, but certainly larger, more comfortable and attractive than a hotel room. It was an artful space.
Our stay at the cozy little get away was really nice. The apartment is nicely located in a quiet and green neighborhood but still very close to downtown. Brad and Chris are great hosts and very quick to answer any questions or help out!
This place was perfect for our stay. It was comfortable and easily accessible. I loved how close it is to public transportation, groceries and coffee. The host gave us a rundown of the area when we arrived and then left us to ourselves. However, I felt that they were just a call away if we needed them. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to San Francisco.
I am so pleased to say that our first airbnb experience was shared with "the Misters". They both made the experience wonderful with their detailed information in regards to directions, highlights of the city as well as recommendations for food.
Their cozy getaway was exactly that; ideal for any honeymoon or escape to another city. Though they were friendly and made sure we had everything we needed, they respected our privacy. For much of the time, we forgot we were even sharing the house with anyone!
Thank you, Brad and Chris, for opening your home and making our honeymoon that much more enjoyable!
We had a great stay at Brad and Chris apartment – we loved having a private oasis not far from the busy city. We especially liked the great view over San Francisco and the walk down towards the Castro, looking at the amazing variety of houses – the walk back up the hill was arduous and we resorted to using Ubers.
Brad and Chris were wonderful hosts who gave us privacy yet at the same time were extremely welcoming and helpful. They are understandably passionate and proud of their wonderful city and were able to give great advice on great places to eat and hang out.

About the Host, Brad & Chris
My husband and I spend time together exploring San Francisco and beautiful Northern California and several trips a year to Asheville, NC and Atlanta to enjoy family and the south. We love San Francisco and all that it has to offer; food, food food, art, social consciousness, the beach, the Castro Theatre, drag queens on the bus, museums and endless shopping. Chris is a sport bike racer and loves the curves and twisty's of Northern California (He is the man to talk to about motorcycles and riding).
We decided to open up our home to travelers because we have the space and we are both natural hosts. We have Airbnb'ed ourselves and love it. When we travel we like to meet the people in the community and see a city from more than the Tourist perspective - don't get me wrong.. we love the open top bus, but its nice to get to nestle into a neighborhood with the local folks and see where they eat, shop and play. That is what we offer you here; A cozy, charming get away with 2 of San Francisco's locals and a comfy place to rest your head after a day of San Francisco's hills or just a place to hang out and restore your spirit.
We are health conscious, non-smoking, sober, mature, gay professional men who will gladly answer questions and make suggestions, or simply leave you to the peace and quiet of our get away on the hill. We look forward to meeting you. Travel Safely.
