  • The apartment was wonderful and just described! Great location- steps from Metro 7, quiet building with lovely little courtyard, spacious enough (remember this is Paris) for 4 adults and 2 children. Everything worked just as described - the codes for the building, the internet, the TV, and great hot water! Tea and Ana were both very quick and helpful with any communication. This was my first experience with airbnb and I will definitely use it again! Maybe even go back to this very apt! Thank you so much, Tea and Ana!

  • Generally the apartment is good value. The location of apartment is perfect, near 2metro (email hidden)ar supermarket and bakery , but the apartment is too smallll , i think it is comfortable for 4 person , not for 6. The toilette is too small and uncomfortable.
    If you are 4 , i recommend it :-)

  • Like many European apartments this is small, but beats a hotel in terms of price and convenience. Located close to two metro stops getting around the city is easy. There are groceries nearby and of course the needed bakery for fresh baguettes! Tea allowed us to drop our bags off early, which made our first day of sightseeing so much easier. The WiFi was the best we had in Europe. The apartment overlooks small courtyards and is quiet in the evenings.

  • Overall, we had a good stay and I endorse the apartment, but here a few things to keep in mind: 1) The photographer did a masterful job of rendering the apartment much larger than it actually is. 2) While the apartment could technically sleep six, I wouldn't recommend is unless you're trying to do a vacation on the cheap. We were pushing the comfort envelope with a baby and 4 adults. 3) The layout of the apartment isn't well represented in the photos. The two bedrooms are side-by-side and only the back bedroom has a door. The front bedroom is in between the back bedroom and the living/dining room, and there is no door (or even curtain, though it is pictured) to separate the two. If you're staying in the front bedroom, you have no privacy. All that said, there is good news: 1) The location is excellent. This alone makes up for any other deficiencies, and I'll admit that it was probably naive to think that we would get something bigger for the price considering the location. The Metro is just a minute away on foot, and there are two groceries just across the street. There are lots of wonderful restaurants in the area, and it's only about a 5 minute walk to one of the premiere patisseries in Paris. It's also a pretty easy and fun walk to or from Montmarte, and with transfers, takes about as long as it does to take the Metro. 2) Our reservation and our stay all went very smoothly. Tea responded immediately to our questions and reservation proposal. 3) Both Tea and Anna were extremely pleasant to work with. I recommend the apartment, but keep all of the above in mind so that you know what you're getting.

  • The best word we could think to describe the apartment was "location" - it's great. A few supermarkets really close by, two metro stations also close, and many cafes, brasseries and other restaurants at a (very short) walking distance. The apartment size was good for its value, and it suited us fine since we used it mostly for sleeping after a day in the city. We had a problem with the sofa-bed in the living room, but we called Tea and her husband was able to come and fix it quickly, good service.

    A recommander!

  • We have enjoyed our stay at this appartment. The location is ideal for visiting Paris as it is well centered in the city. The appartement was clean, the facilities were good, although the bathroom was rather small. In the surroundings there are many places to eat and shops to get what you need.
We can surely recommend this place to others, but one should keep in mind that during daytime the noises from the underground trains can be heared. At night it is really quit considering the fact the you are in a busy part of Paris.
