The space
The room is clean and bright with a comfortable queen-sized bed, a walk-in closet for your belongings, and a private bathroom.

Guests are welcome to use our kitchen, washer/dryer, living room and TV.

Across the street, frequent Express buses give you direct access to Downtown Seattle and the University of Washington--both a relaxing 30-45 minute bus ride away, depending on traffic.

If you're looking for a more active commute, jump on your bike and take the Burke-Gilman trail to your destination instead.

Grocery stores, microbreweries, coffee, restaurants, lakefront parks are all within easy walking distance.

Bird enthusiasts will want to check out the nearby heron rookery and watch thousands of crows fill the sky at dusk every night on their way home to roost.

My husband and I enjoy hiking, camping, and everything about the Pacific Northwest. We'll keep to ourselves unless invited to do otherwise.

During your stay

Eric and I both work full-time but will be home in the evenings. We usually give our guests space but will gladly talk your ear off about hiking, mountains, and travel if invited to do so.

Please let us know if there's anything we can do to make your stay more comfortable or convenient.
