My mother (Silvia) lives 3 blocks from my apartment and can assist you.
My mother is an excellent host who can teach you everything about the city and around. She will most likely be present to give you the key and remote control for the parking area and will stay close during your stay.
If she is out of the town, the tenant, Mauricio, a very nice guy, will take care of everything.
This is the best neighborhood, with prime restaurants, bistros, pizza bars, bars, clubs, etc. within walking distance.
40 minutes driving to Navegantes international airport.
1h 30 min driving to Florianópolis international airport.
Public transportation in front of the building that goes along the coast of Balneario Camboriu.

Wifi in the Lobby and inside the apartment.
I provide the internet but the local service sometimes goes on and off.
-Respect The Law of Silence after 10PM.
-Turn OFF all lights, TV and especially the A/C before leaving the apartment. (If light consumption exceeds the normal rate for the season, an additional amount will be charged from the security deposit).
-It's strictly prohibited to give parties because it is a residential building.
-The gym is for residents only (sorry, rules of the building).
-The full names and ID numbers of all guests staying in the apartment will be requested for security reasons. There will be a doorman 24/7 at the front desk with possession of those info and only the registered guests will have the access granted to the condo.
From Dec 01, 2015 - Feb 29, 2016 the minimum stay is 3 nights.
