About This Listing
This is a small Studio in Bansko, Bulgaria. Located 5 mins walking from the Gondola Lift. Really good location. I am a private owner - this is not a hotel. The studio is for 2 people and has unfoldable coach - so a third person can sleep there too.
It has bathroom and shower cabin, also a small kitchen box. It also got an unfold-able couch taht you can use for 3rd person.
Guest Can Access:

Interaction with Guests:
I mostly interact by phone or emails. If you are arriving by plane I can pick you up from Sofia Airport if I am free.
Really well located. Very comunicative place. Close to the bars but far from the noise. Close to the city center and all the good restaurants tipical for the region. Walking distance from the gondola and center of Bansko - you can forget aboout your car.
Some shuttles and buses are taking people around. I can give more info for tourist attractions.
Other Things to Note
Drawback is parking. If you want to park near the studio you should look around in the small streets if you dont want to pay. Otherwise infront there is a parking which you have to pay for. I can give you further tips on parking.
Don't brake stuff and no crazy parties.. otherwise... have fun.
Manfred met us at Sofia airport and made a small tour across the city for us while we were waiting for the bus to Bansko.
We enjoyed our staying at Manfred's place. It's warm and clean, perfect for two people. There were 3 of us - two adults and a kid, it was also fine, the host has arranged extra pillow and blanket for the LO, so she could sleep on the sofa.
The appartment is about walking 5 minutes from Gondola lift (in ski boots with a kid), as far as I remember we couldn't find anything closer on Airbnb. There's no public transport in Bansko so transfer might be a problem unless you haven't got your own car or live at a hotel which has its own bus.
I would definitely recommend the host and the place. The only thing ask Manfred about the exact google street view pics beforehand. We've taken the taxi from the bus station in Bansko and the driver didn't know where the building was, as the houses don't have numbers on (this one does but none in the town seems to know that). They usually ask the name of the building or the restaurant/cafe/hotel in the nearby.
