The house was clean and well kept. The location is great. It was easy to walk to downtown and to the river arts district.
Andrew was a pleasure to work with...very quick to respond, hospitable and accommodating. The house worked perfectly for us, was convenient to downtown and was well kept. We didn't have any issues, and Andrew made our first AirBnB experience very enjoyable. We'd highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet and cozy (but still spacious) place to stay near downtown Asheville.
We had a lovely stay. Andrew checked in frequently and was even able to help with directions and recommendations for local restaurants. This space is comfortable, clean, and perfect for 2 couples. The location is great to walk into downtown. Everything you could need during your stay was provided down to coffee and shampoo!
This was our first experience using Airbnb and our great time staying at this house has encouraged us to use Airbnb in the future! My wife and I came to Asheville with another couple and the house was perfectly suited for our group. The beds were comfortable, the house was very clean, and the location was amazing. The house is a short 10-15 minute walk downtown but if you don't feel like walking an uber is only $5-$6 as well. Andrew was also an excellant host and he was quick to respond to any questions we had. We highly recommend choosing this location and we will definitely use it again in the future!
About the Host, Andrew
I moved to the Asheville area in 1999 and fell in love with it. I love the people, the beauty, the food and the culture. I love being outdoors: running, being on the water, skiing and kayaking.
I love exploring new places, but I enjoy going to familiar places as well such as New York and all over New England. Hawaii is still my favorite destination to visit.
