Andrew's place was great for our party of folks - we had 2 couples, and an agenda that included both driving and walking around the city. The River Arts District is central without feeling smack in the middle of downtown, and the street the house is on is a beautiful, sloping, quiet circle between a couple of larger streets. Place was very clean, comfortable, and stocked. Andrew was awesome with communication, friendly, and flexible. All the stuff that leads you to choose AirBnB instead of a hotel will pretty much be exemplified by staying here!
I was able to reach Andrew very easily with any questions etc. The house was wonderful....very cozy and homey. We were able to walk easily to the River Arts District (less than 5 minutes) and downtown (about 15 minute walk...used Uber at night). The house was clean, beautiful decorated and the kitchen was stocked better than my own. We really appreciated the bagof local coffee beans our two mornings there. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone, and we hope to be able to stay again in warmer weather. Love Asheville!
A great place in a great town. The house worked very well for 4 adults and a 4 yr old. Nice bedrooms and best of all, very comfortable lounging space in den and dining room. And great service from Andrew.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The location was great, about a 10-15 minute walk to downtown depending on walking speed. The house is very well kept, and the beds very comfortable. Andrew was very communicative and provided everything we needed to know for our stay.
Although Andrew wasn't able to meet us in person, he did check in with us via email prior to and during our stay. His home is immaculate, stylishly furnished and very comfortable. We had plenty of towels, the linens were lovely, and we appreciated the coffee and handmade soaps and shampoos. Thank you for a lovely stay in Asheville!
We loved Asheville and Andrew's home was very comfortable and conveniently located! He went above and beyond with hospitality and attention to detail. We would love to return and would definitely recommend Andrew.
We had such a great time at this cute little home! It's in a great location. Very close to downtown. The home was cozy and clean and Andrew was so great to work with. We loved our weekend in Asheville and would 100% stay here again!
I moved to the Asheville area in 1999 and fell in love with it. I love the people, the beauty, the food and the culture. I love being outdoors: running, being on the water, skiing and kayaking.
I love exploring new places, but I enjoy going to familiar places as well such as New York and all over New England. Hawaii is still my favorite destination to visit.
