What a wonderful house and location! We had a great girl's weekend in Asheville and were able to walk to the River Arts District and Downtown. Parking was a breeze, and Drew was a great host who also left us some amazing coffee as a welcome gift. He made sure we had everything we needed, and checked in during our trip to make sure our stay was going well. The house was spacious and had great touches that literally had us saying at the end of the trip that "they thought of everything." Would definitely stay here again and had a great first Airbnb experience!
Comfortable home and convenient location with a great host! We loved being able to walk to restaurants and Wedge Brewing in the River Arts District.
The house is well appointed and made sure we had everything we needed before check-in and during our stay.
Great and convenient place to stay. Andrew was very helpful and quick to respond. Will be staying again.
Drew was very communicative and helpful before and during our stay. The house was so comfortable and every detail for our comfort (as a family of 4) was taken care of. I think this may be my favorite AirBNB location so far (and it helps that it's in Asheville!). The kitchen is well-equipped, the place was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location was very close to the River Arts District, and dowtown. The Harris Teeter or Trader Joes is a short 10 minute drive away. We would stay here again.
Great little house in a RAD location, convenient to everywhere you want to be. It's cozy, clean and well appointed. Drew is the consummate host, accommodating and attentive.
Appreciated that Andrew contacted us multiple times prior to the visit to see if we needed any recommendations on visiting the area. The house was in a great location close to the River Arts District. Located on a quiet street with plenty of places to park.
Andrew texted and emailed ahead of time, and was very welcoming and open to any questions as well as willing to call us ahead of time to discuss restaurants and other sight seeing in the region.
He left multiple flyers about things to do in the area in a bowl to peruse.
About the Host, Andrew
I moved to the Asheville area in 1999 and fell in love with it. I love the people, the beauty, the food and the culture. I love being outdoors: running, being on the water, skiing and kayaking.
I love exploring new places, but I enjoy going to familiar places as well such as New York and all over New England. Hawaii is still my favorite destination to visit.
