  • Staying with Owen and Kate was perfect! Unfortunately we didn't get to meet Kate as she was out of town, but Owen made sure we were comfortable and happy as soon as we arrived. He listed out views and sights to see nearby, where to eat and hear good music, etc. He has a great sense of humor and made us feel right at home. The house is about 6 minutes from town, a very quick drive and very quiet and scenic. Highly recommended and hope to visit again one day in the future!

  • We had an amazing time staying in Dingle at Katherine's place! Her home is just beautiful! She also had sky sports, which came in super handy as the Super Bowl was on that night. Great conversation, great recommendations for food in town. Her breakfast was delicious as well. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend her B&B to others! xo

  • Perfect location 6km outside Dingle on the Tralee side. Flexible with arrival. Very open to us enjoying the areas of the house like living room & kitchen, although we were down on business so spent no time in the house. Home is lovely. En suite room couldn't be cleaner, it was spotless. Lock on the bedroom door, it's nice to have the security of safe belongings. The water in the house comes from a natural well beside the house, very cool feature.

However, we were so tired on the night we stayed. We drove at 5am from Dublin to get there by 9am, then spent the whole day out interacting with people. So it was midnight before we got to sleep in the hosts house, exhausted. The following day, we had a knock on the door at 12noon saying we had to be out at 12noon & are we ready.
I had explained our journey to the host the night before, so she knew we were exhausted going to bed. It was clear we slept through our alarm. This gave us less than 5minutes to get cleaned up & packed which really wasn't enough time. She wanted to wait for us to leave before she went about her business for the day. We felt really rushed as the host was waiting in the hallway for us to vacate the room. She said she had to leave the house in less than 5 minutes.
Sleeping in was totally our fault, but it would have made sense to knock the door at 11.30 to give us time to get ready to leave. Especially as there was no sign of us all morning so it was obvious we must have slept in. I didn't want to hold her up so we had to leave without getting a shower or packing properly.
We spent half an hour chatting to them the night we stayed & they were lovely people. I would recommend staying here. It is reasonably priced & the house is kept very well. Although if you are looking to enjoy the pubs & restaurants of Dingle, you will need to get a taxi back to the house as it is 6km away & there is no public transport.

  • Katherine and her husband were very welcoming and helpful in our stay, they helped us and looked out for us before our arrival. We had a good time in their house. Breakfast was nice and Katherine even served us a lovely pudding with fruits of the forest in the morning!

  • Katherine and her husband are the perfect hosts. Their home is clean and the room they offer is spacious and comfortable with an en suite. I thoroughly enjoyed conversing with my hosts who are pleasant, knowledgable people about the local area and in general. Moreover, they went out of their way to make my 2-year-old son feel very much at home. I would highly recommend staying here!

  • My wife and I stayed 2 nights at Katherine and Owens' home, and absolutely loved our stay. Such a welcoming couple, from the time we arrived we loved getting to know them. The location is unreal! Irish mountains all around, beaches, and the quant town of Dingle (great food, pubs, shops) just 5-10minutes by car down the road. They cooked us a great Irish breakfast each morning, and gave us some excellent tips of what to do in the area. Would highly recommend staying here next time we come to Ireland!
