LowTide part of Sage Tides Triplex - East of A1A beach Blvd , ground floor, old-Florida (build in 1923!) pet-friendly 2 bedroom, cozy unit (900 sf) with a private yard & patio/garden living space & two hammocks. Located on a dead-end street easy walk (2 houses away) to the beach. Yes, old Tile floors, some with cracks but cool for your feet or pets & easy to sweep. Sleeps 2 comfortably, 3-4 tight . There is one full bath (shower only) new in 2022 and the kitchen is fully equipped.

The space
Low Tide is part of the Sage-Tides Triplex called SAGE TIDES. It's a legal business so you don't risk getting kicked out by the county discovering an owner isn't registered properly. Low Tide has a private fenced in yard and is pet-friendly. There are two bedrooms - one is a queen, the other a double. Both are new in April 2021! Both have adjustable heads for comfort! A double/full is small for a couple but if you know it's that cozy, come on down! There is a stack washer/dryer right beside the kitchen. The unit was built in 1923 and has old Florida feel - floor tiles are vintage, cracked in places and mismatched but easy to sweep sand off of! If you want a brand new feel, you may want to select a condo somewhere else in the new sections. The linens are clean and sometimes match, and sometimes they don't. Comfort is key. Beach chairs are supplied - if one breaks, let me know so I can replace it. The pipes have been re-piped but still squeal for a second or two when turned on. After storms, the yard can be wet and disheveled. It's the nature of storms. We have a grill - sometimes is a gas grill, sometimes charcoal and sometimes both. If they are rusted out, let me know and I will deliver same day.

Where you’ll be

St. Augustine Beach, Florida, United States

Very safe and friendly neighborhood! 2nd Street is two blocks North of the driving section of the beach so there are no cars to weave through to get to the sand and ocean. The beach is very wide and you'll be playing Frisbee, taking a jog or just sitting in your chairs with lots of space and freedom!

A Navy Brat as a child (Portugal, Brussels, and East Coast USA), I grew into an avid traveler and Beach Bum, Technology Sales geek, Dog-Whisperer, Poet, Artist, Sea-Glass finding traveler/vagabond/roamer. Oh yeah, I specialized in JellO-Shots (I'm the author of a shooter recipe book - over 200 jello shots!) and going to Jimmy Buffett concerts too. Now I live "beach to beach" and more than anything, want to help people find their inner-ocean-peace too whether it's with my rental properties or photography or art! Virginia Beach, Azores Islands, Normandy Beaches, Spain waters, the Caribbean, OBX and Florida beaches - east and west - they are all my "home"... as in my world, "home is where your beach is". My places are pet-friendly as pets are a huge part of my life and love going on adventures with me. Photography has become a passion and you'll see some of my photos in the cottages I rent out, and if I rent from you, I'm sure I'll capture some aspect of beauty. What's your most unexpected find? Let's share stories!
