This is one unit in a historical mansion with lake views! Layout is shotgun, open concept with a SMALL functional kitchen. Definitely gives off a pied-à-terre vibe. You have direct access to the back patio and a dedicated parking space around the corner. This unit is in the heart of the lower east side- close to the art museum, cathedral square, Brady st, 3rd ward, as well as the best restaurants and bars in MKE .

The space
The only stairs are the 8 steps leading to the front door. The kitchen is very small, but functional. The unit will have the basic bathroom and kitchen staples for you to use. The bathroom will be equipped with towels, shampoo, toilet paper etc. The closets will have hangers for you to use.

Guest access
There is a couple small parks within walking distance, as well as access to Lake Michigan, the art museum, and fun restaurants and bars. Within the unit you are welcome to the back patio (it is a common space with other tenants). The parking space is around the corner for you to be able to use. If need be, laundry unit availability can be arranged (upon request only).

Other things to note
No extra charge for extra people, but please register names of EVERY person that is staying at the unit.

Noise levels (inside apartment and in back yard) must be kept at a respectful level, as there are full time tenants that live in other units of the building and this is a residential neighborhood.

Noise complaints and smoking on the premises will be subject to a fine.
