Since you will be renting the entire house there really is no reason for me to be there :)

I have been a long time resident of the neighborhood & am very respectful of my neighbors. I expect people to take the neighbors into account & be respectful when coming & going from the house, keeping noise to a minimum & parking in appropriate areas.
There is no smoking in the house & no cigarettes in the indoor trash cans.
Lisa sent over very detailed instructions the week of the rental and everything was incredibly straightforward. She texted the day of check-in to make sure everything was okay and let me know that she would be available if I needed anything. Luckily there were no issues and so I didn't have to disturb her during the stay at all.
My trip was partially revolving around work and then a girls weekend getaway. The beds were very comfortable and easily fit the 4 of us. We had a rental car and it was great to not have to worry about parking since there was a private driveway. At nights, we took Ubers to and from dinner/drinks and the price was very reasonable.
Great experience overall and would definitely recommend to others!
We loved staying at the Eastside Bungalow. The description was perfect and Lisa was always available if we needed anything. We spent the nights dancing and listening to Lisa's impressive vinyl collection.
Lisa did a great job at making sure that we had everything we needed without feeling intrusive. we brought our 1 year old with us and she made a special trip to drop a pack and play off for us. She checked in with us a couple times throughout the stay just to make sure all was well and we were enjoying the stay. The house was very conveniently located to all that Austin has to offer. Thank you for a great experience!
Cute little bungalow. Perfect for our needs. Lisa was very communicative and accommodating host.
This was a great place to stay while in Austin. Close to a bike sharing station and easy to get downtown. Great communication by Lisa prior and during our sat. Cozy spot!
We received an e-mail in advance with everything we needed to know.
There were fresh flowers on the counter and Lone Star beers in the fridge when we arrived - whoohoo! Welcome to Texas!
The neighborhood was urban, but it seemed like a very quiet street - and it was. We were close to everything.
Lisa was very responsive via text and e-mails to our needs. Example: there was an issue with one of the blinds. I texted her and she came the next day and fixed while we were out sightseeing.
Bungalow was super cute, and everything we needed was there.
We'd definitely stay here again.
Only comment, and it's not really negative: old Austin houses settle over time. As such, the doors are not quite true, so they can stick or not close smoothly. Not a big deal to us at all, and somewhat out of our host's hands. But if that sort of thing bugs you, wanted to point it out.
Lisa's bungalow is just great. It's bright, spacious, has a great layout, and an awesome backyard. When I walked through the front door, I felt like I just walked into a friends place...such a good vibe! Lisa was great with communication, even around such a busy weekend, and checked on us after a particularly tempestuous thunderstorm to make sure we were alright. I would definitely stay here again.
