This room is newly renovated, is light and bright, and all bedding, including mattress, and all furniture in the room and living areas are brand new. we are convientiently located walking distance to town and boardwalk. its also only few blocks to the beach. Everything can be navigated easily by foot. no inclines to deal with either.

Wonderful hosts! Pros: Very clean and neat; good breakfasts; nice bedroom; close to malecon. Cons: Tiny restrictive bathroom; stairs-especially to the rooftop-are pretty treacherous for older guests.

Wouldn't stay there again Each evening l came back the odor of your place was unbearable. The fans were always off making the chemical smell/ odor me sick. I would immediately go to my room, turn on the fans and A/C. Please consider having the fans on 24/7 for circulation…

Awesome spot and location.. . Everything is near by.. Only thing was the rest room.. I'm a big guy at 6'2 250 and had a hard time maneuvering around. . But other than that overall good place to stay

Location was good, walking distance of the Mallecon. Definitely a value for the price. The AC in the room was great. Free breakfast included every morning, a definite plus.
