Our newly-built home in Logan Square, one of the city's trendiest neighborhoods, has all of the space a family or group of friends traveling together needs - plus easy access to the best restaurants, bars, and shops the area has to offer!

The space
The house is designed to ensure an amazing experience for all your guests - keeping large groups under one roof and offering lots of space and great memories for your family gathering, work event, or friend's reunion! Also the house is located at the East end of Logan Square (unlike many that are farther west) which ensures that you are close to downtown and in a safe, upscale neighborhood.

You enter - whether from the garage or the street - onto the main level, which is all gathering areas: living areas laid out to take advantage of light, dining areas, and a large kitchen. There's a half-bath on this level as well. Upstairs is the master bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom, two additional bedrooms with queen beds and one room with two twins, and another bathroom. The lower level has dramatic 14 feet ceilings - no having to duck your heard here! On the lower level is a family room, two bedrooms with queen beds, and a full bathroom.

The house sports fast Wifi internet, three Smart 4K TVs, Sonos speakers, Alexa, and games. Bathrooms are all stocked with essential amenities, including premium shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and fresh towels of varying sizes. The amazing kitchen has all the necessary utensils and stands ready for your cooking. All bedrooms have brand new memory foam mattresses. There is also a new washer and dryer with detergent and dryer sheets.

The house provides great access to all the amazing restaurants and entertainment in Logan Square as well as super convenient highway access to downtown. The blue-line is a quick walk away. The neighborhood is safe and welcoming. There is a two car garage in the back of the property for your use. 24-hour access is available and the host is available anytime for anything you may need - including a recommendation to the best entertainment in the area.
