I was born and raised in a commercial salmon and halibut fishing family in southeast Alaska. I came to Texas in ‘99 as an elementary school teacher and fell in love with the people, the culture and the food. Today I enjoy my summers commercial fishing in Alaska and my winters in beautiful San Antonio where I remodel old homes and work as a real estate agent.
