Unbelievable opportunity to stay right in Old Town Cottonwood in a fabulous 2 level home - upstairs enjoy a 2 bedroom 1 bath sunny penthouse apartment. Downstairs is a completely private suite with an ensuite bath, kitchenette, sleeper sofa and large living area. A private deck and a half-acre backyard with pergola & fire pit make entertaining a delight. Three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms total. Perfect for 2 groups traveling together that want their own private space.

The space
We have another vacation property on property so there is a chance that the exterior parking and outdoor space may be shared. The upper balcony is for your exclusive use and is not shared by any other guests.

Other things to note
This home is located behind and an additional vacation rental home that we own and is available to rent if you are looking for a larger space. If they are both booked at the same time the parking and backyard are a shared space. The upstairs unit is accessed by an exterior flight of stairs - see photos – guests must be able to climb a flight of stairs. However, the lower King Suite is on the first floor and accessible step free. Children are not allowed to stay in either unit without an adult present staying in the same unit.
