1 mile from I-10 & a 10-15 minute drive from Sky Harbor Airport.
Short Lyft/Uber to Downtown Phx.
1.5 miles from light rail station (Encanto & Central)

Perfect stop if heading to Spring Training games, Grand Canyon, Sedona, Flagstaff.

The space

NOTE: To access the lofted bed, you will need to use a ladder. Please do not rent this room if you cannot navigate the ladder.

The secluded, open-air shower takes advantage of the 300+ days of sunshine and clear night skies in Phoenix! (NOTE: yes, the shower is outside the casita, but has screens for lots of privacy and a dedicated solar hot water heater. Some Winter mornings can be chilly, but we provide a clean robe, shampoo and soap.)

Brand new HD smart TV inside, free wifi, and quality Bluetooth speaker.

Assorted snacks and beverages provided plus mini-fridge and microwave. Desk space with USB plugs provided.

Smoking okay outside on the patio.

The studio isn't enormous, but will absolutely fit two people comfortably. Make sure you like each other because a studio doesn't provide a ton of privacy!

Brand new air conditioner and heater installed. The window on the front door has a screen to let the breeze in.

The small porch out front has a table, chairs, ashtray. Feel free to enjoy the beautiful Phoenix sunsets!
