120 square meters apartment on the 6th floor with amazing view to the beach and just 250 meters from the beach of Manaira. In a very safe and central area.
Its a great apartment, very big perfect to all the family 3 rooms,3 bathrooms,living/dining room, kitchen, office and storage room.Building has 2 elevators and a swimming pool.Doorkeeper 24/7.Parking lot inside the building, but just 1 car per apartment, but free parking just outside the building.
You will be in the nicest neighborhood in João Pessoa, full of shops, restaurants, malls, bars and of course the beach of Manaira.
Best neighborhood in Joao Pessoa,Manaira is full of restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, bakeries, grocery shops and the beach from just walking distance and its a safe hood.
There is a bus stop 50 meters from the apartment, but i would rather rent a car,you can get gps, or taking taxis,is not that expensive and you are very central so it won't cost a lot.
Other Things to Note
The coastal city of João Pessoa is the capital of Paraíba and the third-oldest city in Brazil. It claims to have more trees than any other capital city, including an Atlantic rainforest preserve, and has a reputation for being friendly and safe. It's an increasingly popular holiday destination for Brazilian families. The 20km-long beachfront is agreeably clean, low-key and low-rise (no buildings above four stories allowed), with the central beach neighborhoods of Tambaú, Manaíra and Cabo Branco being the best areas to base yourself. The historic center, 7km inland, is being steadily spruced up after being declared a National Heritage site in 2007, and makes for an interesting wander. All in all, ‘John Person’ is a very nice spot to break up a journey.
Bus travelers arrive on the western edge of the center, a little over 1km from Parque Solon de Lucena and its lake, called the Lagoa.

The host is very friendly and replies quickly which makes things a lot easier. There is a neighbour who handles visits because the host doesn't live in the city. This neighbour turned out to not be very helpful...
+ Great location
+ Nice flat
Not so good:
- Apartment was really very dirty when we arrived and the neighbour said we had to pay for the cleaning lady ourselves. We could finally sort this out with the host.
- Neighbour was more interested in selling taxi rides (by some relative) than helping us with the problems we had after arriving
- Over-priced (even for high season in Brazil)
- No WiFi available (we knew this in advance)
We enjoyed our stay.
