Location is one of the big advantages of this apartment. It is situated meters away from the most popular swimming areas of the Athenian coastline, Alimos Beach, as well as providing easy access to the Historic centre of Athens, the Acropolis Parthenon and the port of Piraeus.

The apartment is located in Alimos area.
Alimos in ancient Greek stands for Marine, meaning the one that belongs to the sea. Alimos was also the birthplace of the greatest Greek historian Thoukididis. Today, it is a beautiful coastal suburb on the “Athens Riviera”.

The neighborhood consists of restaurants, bars, nightclubs, coffee shops, and Greek taverns. Within walking distance there is also a pharmacy, super market, laundry service, Greek Bakery, etc.

Alimos “Akti tou Iliou" beach with swimming facilities, sun beds, umbrellas, beach bars and restaurants is only 500m away from the apartment.

Alimos Marina, one of the largest yacht marinas in Athens, is just 500m away from the apartment. In the summer, walking along the Marina at sunset is an unforgettable experience.
