Casale I Perugini is composed of several apartment and is only 8km from Perugia.
The apartment for 2/3 persons is made up of one double bedroom, bathroom, livingroom with the possibility of adding a second bed, and a full kitchen.
Ideal for familys
The gardens provide plenty of space for children to play, including a 5-a-side football pitch, volleyball court, table tennis and ‘Bocce’ boules area, whilst grown ups can laze blissfully on the loungers by the 7.5x15metre pool, book in hand. The owners also offer high summer activities including welcome aperitifs, Monday morning play times, moonlight swims, guided hikes up Monte Tezio and dinners at the local ‘Sagra’ festivals.
Casale I Perugini is situated in a strategic position close to the major city centers and landscapes of Umbria and it is therefore an excellent starting point for exploring this beautiful region. At only 1 km you will find the small village of Colle Umberto where you can go shopping, eat out at night or just have an ice cream. Also right behind the Casale there is Mount Tezio, from whose top (about an hour’s walk) you will enjoy a breathtaking view over much of Umbria.
The apartment of Valentina was great. It was very convenient for our stay of 4 days in the beginning of september.
My friend and I had the whole garden and pool for our own which we both enjoyed very much.
She made us feel very welcome by sharing tips for restaurants to eat, places te visit and booking a wine tour for us.
I would definitely recommend this place to others. Thanks Valentina!
Valentina and her family run this beautiful House that has been in their family for 4 generations. My wife and our 8 month old came and stayed in Perugia to go a friends wedding. We booked this late and were extremely apprehensive as this was our first trip with the little one. We cannot have had a better and easier time travelling with a baby thanks to Valentina and her family. They really made us feel at ease and took care of us. They organised something informal to do each evening, even if it was setting up a TV to watch the football outside. The baby facilities are simply great, they set up a cot for us, we had access to high chairs, a baby seat and various other little things that just made everything so easy. We had forgot to bring the right adaptor for our plugs, and they went out and got one for us. It was little things like this that really make a holiday. The actual house is set in the beautiful Umbrian countryside. There is a really nice winery just up the road. There are a couple of nice, reasonably priced restaurants locally and the supermarket is about 10 minutes away. You will need a car if staying here. There a lots of toys for kids, a lovely pool and mini playground. Our apartment was clean and really nice with lots and lots of room. All in all this was an absolutely great experience, one we will definitely want to repeat. If you are travelling with kids and need somewhere friendly and nice to stay, you definitely wont go wrong staying here.
Hello I am Valentina, born and raised in Umbria and the owner of “Casale I Perugini”. This house, which was once a simple farm, I was handed down from my great-grandfather, who, in the 50’s, bought it as his country residence.
If you’ll be guests of Casale I Perugini you’ll find out that my purpose is to ensure that you enjoy the taste of a real Italian holiday characterized by relaxation, conviviality and good food.
