Hi I´m Susana and I manage the Energy building here at Casacol Medellin. We have more than 40 furnished apartment in studio, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom formats and we can rent by the day/week, Energy Living has one of the best locations in the area.

The space
Energy Living is one of the most luxurious buildings in the city, with an amazing rooftop pool featuring a privilege stunning view of Medellin valley, the building has all the ammenities (pool, jacuzzi, gym ) for every client to experience a great stay in Medellin.
Energy is one of the very few "AirBnb legal" apartment buildings in Medellin, it is completely allowed to do short term rentals. The building is located accross Interplaza Mall, where you can find ATMs, restaurants and also is just a short stroll to Parque Lleras for the minimum taxi fare ($3). Groceries are just 200 meters away at the Carulla grocery store when needed.
