Guests with limited mobility are not recommended to stay due to the spiral staircase. For the same reason, children under 10 are not recommended to stay.
Bruno made us feel very welcome. The description of his apartment was accurate. We were warned about the spiral staircase going from the lower to the upper floor and had no problem navigating the stairs.
Bruno's apartment was very nice. It is in a very good location and is a great area to walk around. The key was waiting with the concierge. We did have an issue with the WiFi which was a little inconvenient. The apartment was very clean and, although we didn't use the kitchen, the facilities seemed great.
Having lived in Sao Paulo for some years, I knew the apartment's location would be perfect for someone who's looking for safety, access to transportation, availability of restaurants, and pleasant surroundings. Bruno was fully responsive to my inquiries and took the time to make sure I arrived and that all was in order. What especially pleased me about the apartment was how spotlessly clean it was, the fine bedding, the fluffy towels, the perfect shower, and the fully-equipped kitchen. Ranks at the top of my numerous airbnb experiences.
My week end in Sao Paulo was great! The flat is super convenient and in the best location.
Bruno is also a very good host, he staid in touch with me all the time through SMS to make sure everything was fine. Thanks Bruno!
We had a great experience at Bruno's apartment.
Apartment: The loft is very clean and well organized. There are 2 floors and a nice, sunny balcony. Flat screen TVs on both floors and a nice kitchen. Very spacious apartment. Bathroom is clean and has reliable hot water. We stayed here for a week and we felt very comfortable!
Location: This is one of the best locations in Sao Paolo. You are right in the middle of Jardins and only a 10 minute walk to Oscar Freire where you will find lots of restaurants, cafes, and bars. The neighborhood is safe.
Host: We did not meet Bruno, but it is easy to tell he is a very nice guy and cares alot about the guests that stay in his apartment. Getting the key to the apartment was easy and Bruno was very responsive throughout our stay. He checked in a few times just to make sure we were having a good stay. We did not have any problems in the apartment, but if we did, I'm sure Bruno would have resolved them quickly. Also, Bruno gave us some good recommendations for restaurants.
Overall, it was a great stay. Thank you Bruno!
Had a very pleasant stay at Bruno's apartment in São Paulo. It's accurately described and photographed, plus he's gone the extra mile and included some nice extra such as coffee, bottled water, etc. As others have said, location can't be beat. Highly recommended!
