Upon booking, we will send you a digital welcome book in PDF format. It's filled with clickable links and contact information for popular wineries, acclaimed restaurants, and personal chefs to help you plan the perfect Napa experience.

For your safety there are exterior video cameras on the front of the home.

An agreed to rental agreement, current photo, and valid photo ID will be required after making a reservation to finalize and confirm your reservation.

• Booking Requirement: To finalize your reservation after booking, we require a signed rental agreement, a current photo, and a valid photo ID.

• Security: For your safety and security, the estate is gated. There are also exterior video cameras located on the front of the home.

• Hosts On-Site: We live on the property in a separate, private residence and are available if you need assistance.

• Trash Collection: We move the trash containers outside the gate on Monday evenings for early Tuesday morning pickup.

The Wine Country Villa is located on a working vineyard/ranch and you will see workers on rare occasions but they do not come near the home or invade your privacy.
Home is a 1/4 mile from Rockville park, great for hiking & mountain biking. There is also bike rentals on the corner at Rockville Bike.
Safeway Supermarket, Costco, TJ Max, Westfield Mall, and Trader Joes are very close by as well as so many restaurants.
Many of our guests hire a private chef to dine in the formal dining room or outdoors.
