Have your own apartment already stocked with everything from full-size bedding down to brand-new shampoo and soap. It has a very large walk-in closet which is absolutely perfect if you're looking for some extra space in between moves.
The kitchen area is fully stocked with oven, stove, dishwasher and refrigerator. All new silverware and dishware.
Free Wi-Fi coming from the router in the apartment, so you won't be sharing it with anyone and slowing your connection. The 42" LCD is hooked up to Apple TV loaded with a complimentary paid Netflix account.
All sheets and towels are washed after every single stay by the local EcoClean laundromat, the most environmentally friendly laundromat in Austin, so everything will be very clean for your stay.
You're on the west end of West Campus, surrounded by restaurants and food trucks. Adjacent is a 24hr Wag-A-Bag (gas station) that is great for any late-night snacks or something you forgot to pack on your travels.
A short walk east takes you to a plaza area filled Quiznos, Starbucks, and Smoothie King among others. Head west a couple blocks and you have easy access to Mopac Expressway (Texas Loop 1).
The bus stop is right outside which can take you into campus, or straight to downtown.

Hunter was amazing to deal with. Myself and a friend of mine came in town for a conference and I foolishly booked this room without doing any research or reading any previous reviews. It was not until we got in that I realized it was in the middle of UT campus. Had we been a few years younger and looking to party this place would have been perfect. However, being that we were in town on business it was a bit loud for us. Hunter graciously refunded our next few nights in order for us to find something a little more accommodating.
There were a few drawbacks such as no toilet paper and burned out lightbulbs but Im sure have been remedied by now. The bed was comfy and the room got nice and cold.
The apartment was adequate but I when I arrived Hunter did not have a parking sticker for me like advertised and I was forced to search for parking along the streets for days. Later the hot water heater broke and it took 5 days to have it fixed. It goes without saying, the ice cold showers were miserable. Each time Hunter said he would look into compensating me for the inconvenience, but then he went on to ignore my communications and never did. I would not stay here again.
This place was perfect for my stay! I was working nearby at a Seton hospital, so travel time to work was under 5 minutes. Convenience to nearby restaurants, shopping, and downtown made it easy to get the whole Austin experience without the hassle. The apartment itself was nothing too fancy, but very well maintained and exactly what I was looking for. If you like barbecue, you must try Freedmans! Just a block away with great food, drinks, and service. Another nice feature was Pease Park just at the west end of 24th - great running trail. Location was close to the city, but also far enough away to escape the chaos of 6th if need be. Can get slightly noisy at night with it being primarily a college environment with UT nearby, but nothing intolerable. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here!
I really enjoyed staying here as my first AirBnB experience. Walking distance to bars, places to eat, and public transport. It was great having the Apple TV too so I could watch Netflix or Hulu.
The neighbours had moments of being a little loud but nothing too dramatic. Also be aware the shower takes forever to warm up, but that's not that big of a deal.
Other than that I really liked staying there and would definitely stay again next time I'm in Austin.
Mspaces was extremely communicative, which was helpful as I was arriving late in the evening from New York. They told me exactly where the key would be waiting and confirmed everything with me beforehand. I appreciated their timeliness and kindness.
I chose the location because it was close to downtown, was very affordable, and had a pool and parking! Before I got there, I was told parking was no longer available because the management of the building no longer allowed it. I totally understand buildings changing rules, but the no parking was a little difficult. Street parking was not all that available and required either an early morning move or a small fee per hour.
The apartment was extremely clean and was filled with some nice conveniences including a coffee maker, laundry machine and dryer, lots of towels, central air (amazing!!), a big comfy bed, dishwasher, and some complimentary soaps for the bathroom. There was a big pool as well, which was such a nice luxury, though the jacuzzi was in serious need of a cleaning - not the fault of Mspaces. It was a great place to stay for a quick weekend.
I also loved how close it was to downtown, though it is DEFINITELY on campus. Loud parties were audible all of Friday night and beer cans littered the property for most of the stay. It wasn't too bad for us but should be made aware for older visitors or more difficult sleepers.
All in all the experience was great and perfect for a short stay. There is a great 24 hour market down the street and a DELICIOUS 24 hour diner (with vegan options!) nearby, as well as a bunch of coffee shops.
Great experience! Stayed here two nights with my boyfriend. Really clean, cute decor, and huge tv. Was in college town and walking distance to some great food. Would recommend staying here for sure! Hosts were super quick to respond to all quertions too. Thanks guys!
The place was neat, tidy, and ready for my visit with the room cool from the air conditioning and ceiling fan. The apartment itself was fine as a place to stay during the visit. The location was acceptable in terms of proximity to the University area. However, the area is student dominant with a number of fraternities nearby. Was awakened several times in the middle of the night by yelling and music. Most of the time relatively quiet however, perhaps when students are in class. Parking situation was less than ideal, but I was able to find parking on the nearby streets. There is free and paid street parking. So one must be aware of that. Also, a gate into the complex is usually open, but one evening, it was closed and locked. Couldn't get in. Needed a card key. A resident let me in while I called the MSpaces rep. He provided me with a card key the next day. However, it was no longer required since the gate remained open the remaining time I was there. Not being young and a student, this was not an ideal place for me.
