About This Listing
Make sure you check all of my rentals for availability.
This apartment is totally independent and not shared with anyone.
Even though we are located in New Jersey you will be in Time Square in 15 minutes!!!
If you were to stay in the Bronx it would take you 40 min to get to Times Square. If you were to Stay in Brooklyn it would take you the same amount of time as subways in Brooklyn are not direct. If you were to stay in Manhattan you would not find a place as big as this one for this price.
The Bus stop is right around the corner from the house and comes frequently.
The apartment is located within a 3-min walk to a bus stop the bus will take you to Times Square district in approximately 15 minutes (Important: Bus to Times Square costs $3 each way and bus tickets cannot be used for subway) NJ transit bus tickets cost $27 for 10 one way tickets. The bus will take you to Port Authority 42nd St subway station (lines A, C, E). This station is a central subway hub and you can easily walk to lines 1, 2, 3, 7, N, Q and R. (Important: Subway tickets cost $2.5 per ride but you can buy 7-days unlimited pass at $29).
I do not recommend buying the unlimited pass as Port Authority is central and you can walk to all major tourist attractions.
Entirely renovated three bedrooms, one bath apartment in a safe neighborhood.
walking distance from super market, playground, tennis court and beautiful outdoor City swimming pool with fantastic New York views.
You could walk to Hoboken in 15 min or be in Hoboken with the bus in less than 5 minutes.
This apartment comes equipped with linens, towels and all kitchen necessities.
appliances are microwave, dishwasher, washer and drier.
Enjoy fee WIFI, international long distance and cable TV.
Please be respectful of our neighbours.
PLEASE DO NOT PUT GARBAGE IN MY NEIGHBOR'S GARBAGE BINS OR ON HIS PROPERTY. GARBAGE BINS ORE LOCATED IN THE ALLEY GOING TO THE YARD. THE LESS INTERACTION WITH THE NEIGHBORS THE BETTER.
No loud partying, you can go to the City for that.

No litering and damaging.
Treat this place as if it was yours
This was actually our first booking through airbnb and it was a very good experience. The apartment was spacious and everything worked well. Taking the bus to/from Port authority was convenient. The only challenge was the first trip into the city, when you need exact change. Please note that the machine in the bus does not take 10$ bills. Anyway, all in all very good value for money and a great stay.
Myoko had a great binder that included all necessary information for the house, as well as the local numbers and locations of taxis and markets. The house was exactly as described, so no surprises! It was perfect for myself and the 2 others with me as we each had a room to ourselves. We felt safe knowing a policeman lives next door, even though we were instructed not to talk with the neighbors. Everything was easy to find, such as linens and things. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils and appliances to cook what we wanted. The house was very clean and nice and warm (as it had just snowed). It was nice and quiet, we could not hear the people above or next door...AND it saved us $$$ from being at a hotel as we were there for a big event and the prices had shot up. And really it was very cozy :) Everything went smoothly without any hiccups, we would definitely recommend this place!
Hi! My host was awesome from even before we arrived - she identified and offered us an upgrade due to her having another availability which was even in a better location than the apt I had booked (we took the upgrade of course). The 3 BED apartment was exactly as described, even the cleaning lady was sweet. Every concern I communicated to her, she responded and handled with timely and followed up to make sure everything was ok. The apartment met our needs exactly and we couldn't have asked for a better property manager and property for our trip to NYC - we're planning on returning to NYC often and will definitely look to book Miyoko's properties in the future first!
This was my first time using AirBnB, and Miyoko made everything super easy. We had booked a bungalow, but due to weather the pipes froze. Right away she had us set up in a new apartment! There was a great informational binder with transportation info, local stores, etc. Excellent trip, you will not be disappointed, Miyoko is an excellent host!!
