I don't think you would find any place to stay better than Adrienne's place! The whole place was very nice and the length she went to make you feel at home was incredible - homemade bread, jam, muesli and yoghurt made available to you!
Adrienne was an extremely good host - she equips you with all the information you need to travel around Dublin and was very helpful when organising transport to get to the mews (Neville was the driver Adrienne suggested and he was brilliant!).
Although Rathgar is a little bit out of town, it is extremely easy to go to and from the town. Rathgar feels like a very safe place and is very close to lots of restaurants and shops. Bus only takes 10 minutes into town but walking is only 30 minutes (and it is a straight route).
Three bedrooms available and the whole place was available which is great!
Best price I could see in the whole airbnb site in Dublin!
Thank you Adrienne - I will be back to the Mews when I am next in Dublin!
For my first experience with airbnb, I could not wish better,
since my arrival Adrienne took care of me in the best way possible, as I got lost on the way to her house she came to pick me up with her car.
The house was exactly as described and even better, as I entered the front door I found a refined decoration which I really liked, it was very quiet, everything was perfect in the house, so many little details makes it so special, Adrienne gave me some homemade breads which were delicious, she also gave so many useful information which I followed and made my trip very interesting,
I will never forget my stay there, I am overjoyed and I recommand it to everyone
Thank you Adrienne
Adrienne is the most incredible host. She welcomed us with a fresh breakfast of homemade yogurt and bread. She is a wealth of information on Dublin. The Bijou Mews is a warm, welcoming place to rest while visiting the vibrant city of Dublin. We will definitely be back and our friends who referred us to her were brilliant to suggest it! The kids loved Adrienne and her sister's warmth and kindness. This is the best Airbnb experience so far.
Adrienne lived up to her reputation for offering a warm welcome to her Airbnb guests. The mews was indeed really quiet but only a short bus ride (or an interesting slightly longer walk) from the centre of Dublin. It was also not far from the stunning Dillon garden - my tip for a site to see in Dublin. I feel I should add more, but I'm not very good at writing reviews, suffice to say top marks as a place to stay.
A truly fantastic place to stay with a wonderful welcome from Adrienne for a stay that could not have been better. We needed for nothing and were treated to the most amazing bread, home made marmalade and yogurts. Why would anyone stay elsewhere is the only question. Top class and we'll definitely aim to return.
Adrienne was a fantastic host from start to finish. She gave us multiple transfer options from the airport to the accommodation, of which we decided on a taxi which cost 40 euros. Adrienne was waiting at the front door when we arrived, ready to greet us. She made us feel at home instantly and gave us a lot of helpful information, informing us on the best transport options and some interesting sights to see based on what we were looking for on our trip. This really helped us to get the most out of our time in Dublin. We were supplied with homemade bread and yoghurt every day, which was a nice touch as it was not a bed and breakfast. The accommodation was comfortable, clean and had everything that we needed. Thank you Adrienne, we would recommend anybody to stay at The Mews!
