  • Giovanni and his partner were so accommodating and knowledgeable, the room was comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was fantastic! I would come back just for that! The location was very central and the price was very reasonable. We only stayed one night but thanks for everything!

  • Giovanni was extremely nice and accommodating to my friends and I. The place was close to the forum and colosseum and Giovanni had lots of helpful advice for us traveling in Rome. He also suggested places to eat and get coffee and stayed to meet some of our friends who we're running very late. In the morning Michelle made us breakfast which was very good and our experience there was awesome. One girl that stayed with me is planning on staying with Giovanni when she goes back to Rome in a few weeks

  • Great no nonsense room with 2 separate beds with a view over a big garden with villa. Nice to wake up with the sound of birds.
The room was cleaned after 2 days. Towels and bedsheets included.
We even got coffee and croissants in the morning, all included in the price.
Easy acces to tram/bus/metro: 3 minute walk.
Giovanni gave us a map of Rome and showed us which metro/tram/busses to take and even explained what to see and what to avoid. Very kind people and great effort to make our stay as smooth as possible !
    No complaints.

  • Giovanni (email hidden), we arrive late at night and he was waiting for us at the front of the building he will go out of his way to help you. He is not (email hidden) but also very good at giving advice on where to go, where to eat and places to see. If I ever go back to Rome I hope he has the room available because I will stay there again, Thank you very much Giovanni.

  • Dear Giovanni
Thanks for your hospitality, generosity and patience in assisting us as a good friend; awaiting our arrival and explaining and recommending tours and restaurants in Rome.
The stay in the apartment was very comfortable and cozy, the apartment is extremely clean and spacious with a balcony with wonderful view and with the addition of great breakfast.
The location is perfect, highly recommended.
    Hope to see very soon.
    Ciao

  • Wow I must say that my stay with Giovanni was absolutely phenomenal! Talk (email hidden) and his name is the first that comes to mind. He was so welcoming when we arrived, helped us with our bags, and while we settled in welcomed us with two cups of espresso. After getting to know one another he offered us a map and spent 30 minutes with us explaining the city and potential travel routes we should take while there. Our first day in Rome was a great start to our trip, but the next day was even better. We were greeted in the morning by Giovanni and he had prepared us an Italian breakfast that consisted of coffee, juice, and some delicious fresh pastries. He chatted with us about our first day and offered us even more recommendations the next day. It was by far one of the best experiences of hospitality we have had in all of our stays on AirBnB. Thank you again and look forward to visiting and sending friends your way who go and visit Rome.

Great location, neat and clean room, wonderful breakfast and great hospitality, great tips from Giovanni to get to know Rome. Grazie Giovanni!
