Great location
95% of recent guests gave the location a 5-star rating.
This brand new home, on the eastern edge of wine country, sits on a 5 acre piece of property, on a hill in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view of the countryside, San Jacinto, and San Bernardino mountains. Close to the wineries, but secluded.
This is not the house for work from home if you need a super fast internet and Zoom meetings. There is a satellite dish for WiFi and Netflix, but this house is out in the country and doesn't have an upgrade.

The space
2 Bedroom, 2 bathroom, and full kitchen. Coffee, tea, and toast available for breakfast. Bring groceries. No TV service provided but, Netflix is available. Internet available. The house and yard are not child proof.

Dwight, my partner, and I are both retired and are now gardeners and Hosts. I sell garden related merchandise and handmade ceramics at a store in Old Town Temecula The Barn Yard on 5th st. We live on a 5 acre ranch nearby and have a large garden and many fruit trees. We started the Airbnb in November 2017 and plan on expanding the 5 acres to include a horse coral for people traveling with their horses. One day we might build a second house and move onto this property .
