About This Listing
Cute private bedroom available in a nice two bedroom apartment in Spanish Harlem.
The apartment is sunny, clean, and well ventilated with windows in every room. Your room is looking North, facing the street. Across is a cute community garden with a park, basketball hoops and a children's playground.
We are conveniently located half a block from the number 6 subway at 103rd and Lexington and two blocks from Central Park. Museum Mile, also know as Fifth Avenue, is also two blocks away with access to dozens of world class art and cultural institutions. We are also just a few blocks from the Upper East Side--a neighborhood known for fashion, shopping, and fine cuisine. In addition, Spanish Harlem is filed with its own list of delicious and affordable restaurants. We live in an up-and-coming neighborhood enriched with a fascinating political and cultural history!
You would share the common spaces with my girlfriend and I: a large and well equipped kitchen which you are more than welcome to use, a central living/dinning room, and a compact and efficient bathroom with a tub and shower.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions and we look forward to accommodating you in our lovely home.

We want you to have a nice time in New York and will try our best to accommodate your needs.
Bonne continuation.
We share the apartment mainly with Paul, because Noelle was abroad and she just came the last night. Paul was super nice, answering all our questions about the city and the life in NY. He was always asking if we need anything else, showing interest for our trip. The apartment is as it is shown, small but cozy. It is close to the subway, so going downtown is very easy.
Noelle and Paul were very welcoming. They planned not to be at home at the night of our arrival and left the key for us at a local laundry to pick up. This worked quite well. The appartement was cosy and close to subway.
Paul and Noelle were very nice. We felt like at home!
The flat was very nice, sunny and comfortable. Very close to the subway.
We loved our stay at Paul & Noelle's place, unfortunately we never got to meet Paul but Noelle is a lovely, friendly and helpful person. The accommodation was great and the bed very comfortable. Very close to the subway and Central Park. I definitely recommend their place.
L'appartement est idéalement situé, à 2 pas du métro.
Paul et Noelle sont très accueillants. Ils étaient de bon conseil pour notre séjour.
La chambre n'est pas très grande mais cela suffit pour deux.
L'appartement était propre et agréable.
About the Host, Noelle And Paul
We are Noelle and Paul. We have been living in New York for the past 6 years. Paul grew up in Paris, France while Noelle was raised in Vancouver, British Columbia. We love to travel and enjoy hiking nearly as much as a good book or a nice dinner with friends. We also enjoy cooking, and appreciate arts in general but architecture especially.
Paul studied architecture and engineering and currently work as a structural engineer in New York.
Noelle studied political science and now works in local economic development.
We are clean, mindful and respectful !
