Cute private bedroom available in a nice two bedroom apartment in Spanish Harlem.
The apartment is sunny, clean, and well ventilated with windows in every room. Your room is looking North, facing the street. Across is a cute community garden with a park, basketball hoops and a children's playground.
We are conveniently located half a block from the number 6 subway at 103rd and Lexington and two blocks from Central Park. Museum Mile, also know as Fifth Avenue, is also two blocks away with access to dozens of world class art and cultural institutions. We are also just a few blocks from the Upper East Side--a neighborhood known for fashion, shopping, and fine cuisine. In addition, Spanish Harlem is filed with its own list of delicious and affordable restaurants. We live in an up-and-coming neighborhood enriched with a fascinating political and cultural history!
You would share the common spaces with my girlfriend and I: a large and well equipped kitchen which you are more than welcome to use, a central living/dinning room, and a compact and efficient bathroom with a tub and shower.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions and we look forward to accommodating you in our lovely home.

We want you to have a nice time in New York and will try our best to accommodate your needs.
Paul and Noelle were very nice. We felt like at home!
The flat was very nice, sunny and comfortable. Very close to the subway.
We loved our stay at Paul & Noelle's place, unfortunately we never got to meet Paul but Noelle is a lovely, friendly and helpful person. The accommodation was great and the bed very comfortable. Very close to the subway and Central Park. I definitely recommend their place.
The apt was cosy and comfortable, which made our stay enjoyable. The location was great, minutes away from a subway station and close to Central Park. Paul and Noelle are very friendly and easygoing, and offered great advice on things to do locally as well as NYC in general. We would recommend this place!
The apartment is cosy & pretty and it is just a 1 minute walk away from the subway (6), what we also really appreciated after a long day downtown ;-)
It was a pleasure to meet Paul and Noelle. They are both, great hosts and really nice people. Unfortunately we didn't have the chance to get to know them better as we spent most of our time in the city. They gave us a lot of useful information before and during our stay and were overall really helpful. We felt highly comfortable with the guys and the apartment and can recommend Paul and Noelle and their place.
Paul et Noelle sont des hôtes accueillants, toujours prêts à donner des conseils de visites.
L'appartement est bien situé, proche du train 6 qui dessert le centre de Manhattan et à 2 blocs de Central Park.
We are Noelle and Paul. We have been living in New York for the past 6 years. Paul grew up in Paris, France while Noelle was raised in Vancouver, British Columbia. We love to travel and enjoy hiking nearly as much as a good book or a nice dinner with friends. We also enjoy cooking, and appreciate arts in general but architecture especially.
Paul studied architecture and engineering and currently work as a structural engineer in New York.
Noelle studied political science and now works in local economic development.
We are clean, mindful and respectful !
