Our desire is to create a warm and friendly atmosphere where our guests feel at home and we can give them a sense of the spirit and hospitality typical of Neapolitans.
The Bed and Breakfast Sant'Elmo is very centrally located and perfectly connected to the rest of the city. We are just a 10-minute walk from the central station in Piazza Garibaldi where all trains arrive from all the great cities in Italy.
You can also catch the Circumvesuviana trains there for day trips to and from the Roman ruins of Pompei and Ercolano, and to the seaside town of Sorrento. We are close to 2 Metro lines that take you everywhere in the city and just a 15 minute bus ride from the Beverello port where you can take ferries to the islands of Capri, Procida and Ischia.
Most of Naple's famous attractions can be reached on foot: the National Archaeological museum, the Cathedral, the churches of Santa Chiara, Gesù Nuovo, s. Domenico Maggiore and Spaccanapoli (see the "Guidebook" on this page).
There are two separate rooms available: "Bianca" and "Blu". This page is for booking "Bianca" with king size bed .
( To book my other room "Sant'Elmo Blu" please access my full profile and find the listing at the bottom left of that page.)
The rooms are spacious, bright and quiet with windows and comfortably furnished. During the summer we cool our rooms with fans.
TV, WiFi (good connection).
Breakfast is served in your room and is adaptable according to your preference.
The comfortable bathroom (outside of the rooms) is shared.
Fresh towels, and soaps come with the room and a hair dryer is available for your use.
We are on the 4th floor of a building without an elevator.
(On arrival there is a tax of 2,00 euro per person per day for the city of Naples)
In the house I don't have any particular rules to follow other then those common sense ones that allow everyone to live in harmony.
Only one thing: in Naples we are fighting for the differentiated garbage collection and for this reason I ask that my guests use the different containers for glass, plastic and paper
Please note: On arrival there is a city tax of 2,00 euro per person per day (only for adults)

Greetings, My name is Annamaria and, other then managing my Bed and Breakfast, I am an artist; designing and making my own jewelry using silver, shells and mother of pearl. I also help my brother manage our own shop where we sell my brother's wood sculptures and my jewelry.
I love nature and something we call here in Italy "Decrescita Felice" which can be translated as sustainable growth. I try to live my life in a simpler way because I think that this helps resolve the problems of the earth.
For this reason, I choose to use the bicycle as my means of transportation and well as for fun and physical activity.
