Mr. Brown reserved from July 31st till August 7th. Few days before his arrival, he messaged me and told me that his flight lands at 1 AM and he will be at the complex at 2 AM. Is it possible to check in at that time. I had a reservation that leaves at 12 PM of that day. For not leaving Mr Brown spend the night on the road at 2 AM in the morning. I asked the company that makes the cleaning for me if they can get Mr. Brown another apartment similar to mine to spend the night and they agreed. He was given G11 instead of G7 for an extra night for free, just to get him and his family a place to stay for the night that he didn't reserve. Early in the morning he asked for some ameliorations in the apartment and everything he asked for was done. The company gave him the choice to stay in the apartment G11 or return the G7 as booked, but he preferred to stay in G11 for not having to pack and unpack again. To ease him up, I offered him another free night and he accepted the money. After few days he asked for a full refund because he didn't find a big glass of water and because there were no electricity plug where he wanted it to be. I refused to refund him and I asked him to stick to the deal that we had. I am sorry for Mr. Brown being deceived and I wish him a better holiday next time.
