Guest access
The villa and pool is exclusive for the use of the guest during the entire stay.

Other things to note
Electricity utility is charged at 8 THB/ per unit (kwh) to be borne by you. 10,000 THB per week cash as deposit is required at check in. The deposit is refundable after deducting the electricity usage at check-out. We will take a photo of the electricity meter together at your arrival and again at check-out. From our past guests experience, the average consumption is approximately 700 THB per day. This estimate covers very reasonable usage, for example. the aircon in each room is used during the evening/night. However if you leave the aircon and lights always on, you should expect to pay a higher electricity bill.

Water usage is included and not charged.

I like Thai food here, the weather, the humble people, and most importantly relaxing life style.
