There is one free underground parking stall.
The free Village shuttle stop is less than a minute away and will take guests to the lifts in under 5 minutes. Golf is less than an 8 minute walk away and the lifts are less than a 10 minute walk away.

Interaction with Guests
All guests are required to check in at our office, located at Le Chamois Hotel (4557 Blackcomb Way). We'll be happy to provide maps of the area and a wide variety of tourist brochures, as well as recommendations for local restaurants and activities.
This quiet location is perfect for a family getaway. The Village and ski lifts are less than a 15 minute walk away.
The free shuttle stops across from the property and will take you throughout the Village and to both Whistler and Blackcomb mountains.
Other Things to Note
This property has been completely renovated.
* All guests must be at least 25 years of age to book and stay in this unit. Children are welcome but must be accompanied by their parents (aged 25 years or more).
* All units are set up for after-hours arrivals. Guests are requested to complete and sign the Lodging Rental agreement as well as provide a signed credit card imprint for a $1000CDN damage deposit when they arrive in Whistler.
* Our office is located at the front desk of Le Chamois Hotel in the Upper Village at the Blackcomb base, a 10-12 minute walk or 5 minute drive or bus ride from this property.
* Complete check-in instructions and driving directions will be emailed once the booking has been confirmed.
* Taxes (10% BC PST and 5% GST) are included in the nightly rates.
* A full check-out clean is included in the price. Additional housekeeping services are available at additional cost.
* Pets are NOT permitted in this unit. Fines will apply.
* Smoking is NOT permitted in this unit. Fines will apply.
* The security deposit and age policy are not negotiable.
There is a 5 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENT between December 23rd and January 1st. Shorter stays may be available within 21 days of arrival.
There is a 4 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENT between January 1st and March 20th.
Staying here at Snowberry 25 exceeded our expectations.
Everything about this place was great. Clean and comfortable.
We had a small issue with the house phone that was remedied promptly.
Never met the hosts. Business was conducted through the very nice and helpful people at their office the Le Chamois Hotel front desk just down the street. Blackcomb Village aka Upper Village within walking distance via a great paved trail about a long 1/2 mile from the front door.
Definitely we'll be back and staying here.

This accommodation was exactly how it was described if not more. Such a beautiful home with an amazing interior. The bus stop being directly outside was a bonus as we got free shuttle back after a day of skiing. Whistler village was in a short distance as described. Everything was provided for our stay, all kitchen appliances and towels. Spacious, and beautiful with a fire also. Would highly recommend this home for rental as it ticked every box for us. At such a good price for rental compared to smaller rentals available.

Snowberry 25 was clean, spacious, comfortable and very well equipped.
There were 4 of us, it could easilly accommodate 6 -8. Good location, cloe enough to the vlllage to walk but far enough away to be quiet. Highly recommended.
