The space
This is a brand new apartment that Joe built. Much love went into it. It is at garden level and surrounded by Ohia trees. Many windows that look out into the woods. You will hear the birds singing. It has a full kitchen, refrigerator, stove, toaster and coffee maker. Full bathroom with a walk-in beautifully tiled shower. Queen bed with soft 800 thread linens.
We also provide beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler :)

Guest access
You will have your own large 1 bedroom apartment. You can enjoy the 5 acre yard to sit and enjoy the peaceful environment. Take a walk through the woods or watch the sun set over the ocean.

This is a quiet neighborhood. Everyone has 5 or more acres. Many neighbors grow coffee, macnuts, avocados and fruits of all kind. We could arrange farm tours for you if you would like. We are very involved with our local community and It is a great one.

We grew up and met in Minnesota. We have lived in Hawaii for 17 years. Joe is part Hawaiian and his family is originally from Waipio Valley. We have been together for 25 years. We are both very active. We bike, swim, hike, camp and like to travel. We have 5 acres of Ohia Forest that holds our homes that Joe built. Which there are three homes on the property. When we travel we use Airbnb as much as possible. We have met incredible people from all over the world through Airbnb.
