Great little apartment within close proximity to the train station. The apartment was clean and tidy and within walking distance of the major sights; it was everything we needed for a short stay. Cheers!
Nicole's apartment is small but cosy. It is conveniently located only a few minutes walk from Munich Central Station, which made it easy for us to get around anywhere. It is a private apartment however is within a hotel, which meant 24 hour check in desk. We found this very handy as we were able to check in early, and also leave our bags there until our flight time after we checked out. One thing to note is we found the hotel Wifi signal very weak in the room. Often we had to sit in the lobby to use this without dropping out. All in all we had a great stay.
Nicole is a good housekeeper. We've encounter some problems after check in, but Nicole response very fast and provide solution immediately. Besides, the room is good, close to train station, small but tidy and same with the photo shows in website.
Lovely, very clean. We had some trouble figuring out the wifi, but Nicole responded quickly to our email. Great location. Very close to the train station.
It is the hotel's wifi that you use in the apartment. The wifi is not consistent of strong, but that's hardly in Nicole's control.
Small fridge, but enough space for food. Well equipped kitchen, does have a coffee maker.
We very much enjoyed our time there.
Very nice location and appartement. Thanks.
The apartment is conveniently located near the main train station which makes it easy to get to places. Nicole is a great host and shows great hospitality. She is responsive and takes pride in her apartments.

Nicole's apartment was wonderful. Very close to the main train station and it had everything you could ask for. We had a wonderful time in Munich and would definitely stay here again. thank you Nicole for a wonderful start to our holiday
Excellent location near the station (5-10mins walk) and close to city centre. As with any station location though, there is a slight seedy element to be aware of. Marienplatz within walking distance. Lidl supermarket just a few blocks away (10 mins walk). Internet cafe a few minutes away. Breadshop and fruitstall 5 mins walk. Hotel has a nice Italian restaurant.
Room is very homely and welcoming despite being within a hotel. Lots of nice thoughtful touches and ornaments, nice pictures etc. It's on the garden side of the hotel so amazingly quiet despite busy road outside.
Kitchen is very well equipped. The mixture of crockery and dishes (hardly anything matched!) made it feel like a home instead of a holiday apartment. We thought it added to the charm. Very spacious and light. Actually the window could do with a bit more black out in the mornings. Reading lights really excellent - this is so often a big problem in hotels and apartments. Kitchen is very well equipped with basic foodstuffs - rice, coffee, cooking oil, spices etc. provided.
Host Nicole is very responsive and helpful.
Its a good place. Small but central. No airconditioning. I ve stayed before and will do it again.
