Interaction with Guests
Very nicely and very quickly ;-) but best thing is tot communicate with me per airbnb and not so much per phone, because I have 2 phones...in exceptional cases try everything !
its a multi cultural space which also provides cosy and calm locations as the botanic garden with its wonderful flowers, a fantastic beergarden is included, also a big children's playground, just around the corner.
Then the art gallerys, the students quarters in combination with the fancy "The Charles Hotel" with its crazy guests, makes a may sided impression of the location ...kosmos cafe , hip location for younger people just around the corner....nice places to have a beer during the night, all you need , post office , big department store, cheap stores like Netto or Aldi, whole food shop, and and and......
all of them , tram, bus, even the sightseeing bus starts from here, railway, metro and underground vehicles
just be nice and smart and treat the ap. in a good way , do not leave a chaos in the ap. when you leave...just be a responsible human being
Eventhough we did not met Nicole personaly, Nicole was very informatif on how to get to the apartment.
Durch die Nähe zum Hbf gelangt man schnell und einfach überall hin.
Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Das Privatapartment ist in einem Hotel und die Atmosphäre erinnert trotz guter Ausstattung sehr an Hotel.
My wife and I just spent two weeks in this nice, little apartment. Everything was just as described. We had plenty of space to cook a small meal once or twice a day. The location was amazing. We did a lot of day trips out of Munich and the apartment was in a perfect location to access the train station quickly. As noted before the wifi had its slow moments but there was never a time we didn't have access. We were able to message family and friends back home with no problems.
We really enjoyed coming back to this apartment at nights to relax from long days hiking in the alps, or seeing the other sites that Bavaria had to offer.
I did not had the pleasure to meet Nicole in person. Her place is a private apartment in an hotel. The hotel staff were very nice and friendly during the check-in and answering questions. Nicole's place has been the best AirBnB so far. It's very clean, very convenient and centrally located yet very quiet. We could walk to the City Center in a pedestrian only street within minutes. Her place is also very functional and fully furnished. Just beware that the hotel staff may use the washer/dryer. We were so impressed with her place that we have recommended her place to family and friends going to Munich later in the year.

Salut all of you. There is nothing I can write more about me today. But I like my apartments! I love them.
Just to let you know, I am not living in the apartments like other airbnb users, they are just for guests like you are. Though sometimes I spend some time in the apartments, because I like to be in a hotel and because I put all my heart and taste to make people feel comfortable, when they stay in them.
