King Albus is a villa designed to offer a luxury stay to people wanting to enjoy a relaxing vacation and high privacy. The modern architecture and minimal design gives way to a beautifully designed villa with clean lines and spacious accommodation. Constructed upon a high point in Pyrgos, giving views to the sea, the Akrotiri caldera and a stunning sunset view, the position is centrally located but retains its privacy, so that every aspect of the Island can be enjoyed.
The space
King Albus Villa offers a blend of comfort, style, and privacy, creating the perfect setting for a relaxing Santorinian getaway. The thoughtfully designed outdoor spaces provide an inviting place to lounge, dine, and enjoy the sun. The private outdoor pool (non-heated) is ideal for cooling off, while the breathtaking sunset views over the Aegean Sea and Akrotiri peninsula add a magical touch to your stay. In addition to the pool, the outdoor area features two large sunbeds for sunbathing, two deck chairs, a shaded dining area, and a comfortable outdoor lounge, perfect for enjoying the serene surroundings.
Spanning 200 sq.m. across three levels, the villa comfortably accommodates 8–9 guests. On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious living room, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, surrounded by large windows that let in plenty of natural light and offer beautiful sea views. A guest WC is also available.
The first floor features the master bedroom with a king-size bed, two bedrooms with queen-size beds, and two modern bathrooms with showers.
The basement is designed as a private retreat, featuring a large heated indoor plunge pool, an entertainment lounge, a fourth bedroom, and a third bathroom with a shower. The bedroom is inspired by the traditional Santorinian "cave house" concept, offering a naturally cool atmosphere and added seclusion. Its design reflects the island’s classic architecture, providing extra privacy and making the villa ideal for four couples or groups seeking both shared and personal space.
Breakfast included. Vegetarian & vegan options available. Luxury linens, towels, and pool towels are provided, while bathrobes are available upon request. Toiletries and slippers are also included, and housekeeping is offered daily.

Guest access
The entire house as well as the patio, the terrace and the pool are solely for the guests.
Other things to note
The main entrance with the alley who takes you at King Albus door is shared with Prince Albus. The residence and its outdoor spaces are private.
We try to be planet friendly. Once the water is precious to all Greek islands we replace the towels every other day and the bedding every third day to save water. Though our goal is to offer you the perfect stay, so, we will be happy to replace it earlier is this is your wish.
