This place was great for a one night stay. Other reviews mention it, but just to reiterate, the upstairs bathroom is a bit cramped and too small to shower in, so everyone has to use one shower.

Very close to downtown Olympia, great coffee, very private and respectful hosts and guests. Highly recommend.

The space is very unique, fun bathroom, lots of light in the afternoon and basically a memorable venue.

Gail, Olly and Michael were extremely welcoming. They had an adorable, clean house and helped me with anything I needed. In addition, Gail got up and made coffee and a delicious breakfast sandwich for me before my conference. Strongly recommend.

Great location and affordable option that is very convenient to state office buildings and legislature and a short walk to downtown. Clean comfortable room with bathroom down the hall. A simple breakfast of homemade granola and fresh fruit was provided downstairs.

We have stayed in the Van Gogh room twice, once a year ago and now this time, as a girl retreat to connect with friends from high school. This year, we were surprised to see a change in hosts and a change in breakfasts! The place felt different and wasn't as warm as before. However, it was clean and Gail was available to answer any questions we had. She was nice and friendly. Breakfast was not cooked and prepared like a bnb last year, instead it was mini muffins, melon, and granola. If it wasn't for the fact that I can compare it to last years experience, I would give it a higher rating.

Response from Amber:
Thanks for writing Nicki, I imagine I'll hear more from people about the change in management. I guess the main trade off is less breakfast and more cleaning, like you said.

I love to travel and meet new people. Hosting is almost as much fun as traveling except the people come to you!
