In the heart of Paris, in one of the rare neighbourhoods that has maintained its authenticity and diversity, Studio Brady awaits you, to change your way of coming to work in or visiting Paris!
Ideally located, one metro station from République, 4 stations from the major department stores and 5 from St. Michel, Studio Brady is on the fifth floor of the façade building of the famous Passage Brady, nicknamed "Little India". On the corner of rue du Faubourg St Denis and rue d’Enghien, the building boasts all the charm of Parisian architecture.
Studio Brady is an invitation to discover a different Paris, the lively Paris of the people.
The neighbourhood is filled with bars (the famous Chez Jeannette opposite the building), restaurants (one of the oldest Brasserie Flo and all the Indian restaurants in Passage Brady) and many theatres and cinemas (including the Théâtre du Splendid, Comedy Club Paris, Folies Bergères and the Grand Rex). A number of design studios, magazines, radio and TV production or web agencies have also chosen this area for their offices.
Specially designed for short stays, Studio Brady enjoys all the comfort necessary in a warm and modern setting (exposed beams, roof alcove, French hardwood flooring, Italian shower, integrated furniture).
The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, induction hobs and tableware to enable you to enjoy your meals in the Studio on the typical "Bistro-style" furniture.
The ultra-comfortable sofa bed transforms the living room into a bedroom in the blink of an eye.
The made-to-measure furniture, including a desk and walk-in closet, gives Studio Brady the feeling of being right at home.
The separate WC and bathroom, with its Italian-style shower/sink, are integrated into the space.
A Nespresso coffee machine, Newspapers and guides of Paris in english or french are also available.
A LCD TV with 150 channels and a private WIFI connection are available!!
Bedlinen and towels are provided in the Studio.
Entirely renovated at the end of 2009 by a young interior design architect, Studio Brady offers all the amenities of a small haven of luxury in the heart of the district. Everything has been designed for you to have the time of your life!
We speak English, French and Italian (plus some knowledge of Spanish).

Nice studio, very clean, we loved it. The neighborhood did not seem very safe at night but the building have a security code you have to use to enter so everything was just fine. The host was friendly and helpful.
Thank you Airbnb :)
This was a small, but great studio to stay in Paris.
The hosts do a great job of providing everything you would need, but as long as you're not expectnig more than a bed, bathroom, and a small area for the kitchen and dining room table, you'll be fine.
Important to note that there are quite a bit of steps getting up to the studio. Not too much trouble for us, but those who are a bit on the out of shape side may find it troubling.
One small note, but we were asked to leave the building abruptly one morning since they were re-doing the cement on the passage that leads to the apartment. This must be an incredibly rare event I'm assuming, which proved very inconvenient as we lost access to the stuido when we were planning spending inside since we were waiting for our luggage (which had been mishandled by our airline) to arrive to the studio. A bit of a 'alignment of the planets' in terms of misfortune, but it happened.
Aside from the small mishap, the stuido is great, the area is a few metro stops away from some of Paris's best attractions. There's a funbar right downstais, and some great little shops to pick up groceries in. The neighborhood definitely gives you the local flavor, competely with a touch of city grittiness. It's totally fine, and we felt completely safe (city-safe that is), walking the streets in the surrounding areas at night; but it definitely has it's rough edges, and isn't going to be super upscale, but it's a fine part of the city.
Overall, we recommend this spot to solo travlers, or couples able to tackle a flight of stairs day in and day out and be fine with a bit of city grit. The hosts have a great place set up, and it served us well during our stay in Paris!
A great deal in a central location. Everything is exactly as described, and our host was very lovely and made us feel very welcome.
Fabrizio showed us great hospitality, giving us maps, guides and tips to this diverse and well-connected part of Paris. We loved food-shopping here, and will miss the delicious pastries a few doors down. The studio itself is very charming, squeaky-clean, nicely designed, a pleasure to be in. It was great to have a Nespresso machine. Everything is small, but exactly suited to two people. If you are over 1.90, be prepared to duck your head in the shower. This is a popular part of town for nightlife, but with the windows shut we slept very soundly. Be ready to walk up 5 flights of stairs. The building is still under renovation and so the entrance doesn't look inviting, but don't let that stop you, the dirty work is finished.
We would definitely stay in this lovely studio again.
This is a very beatiful Studio! Our host Fabrizio was very kind and helpful with us.The Neighborhood is full of bars and pubs but if you close the window there is no noise that can disturb you. Also is well conected with the metro and there is a lot of markets (Carrefour) in the zone.
Thanks for everything Fabrizio!!
Studio brady worked out extremely well for us! Very cute, petite for two max, and modern. The area is very central to catch the train at chateau d'eau or strasbourg. Plenty of markets to shop for groceries just a block away in case you don't always want to eat outside. Paris is expensive! Tip- try the indian restaurant on the right side of passage brady!
Overall I would highly recommend this apartment, the only bad criticism is the building is under construction so its very messy right up to getting into the apartment. The apartment is squeeky clean unlike the building!
Loved our stay, the hosts are very helpful!
We didn't get to meet Marion because she was out of town, but Fabrizio was really helpful. He helped us with our luggage and provided us with information on places to eat around the area - including the best croissants in Paris. The location is good with supermarkets, restaurants and transports all within 5-10 minutes. The only downside is the on-going upgrades happening in the building, which made the studio quite dusty after they jackhammered the floor just outside the studio. Overall, it's a great place to explore a lovely city.
Cutest lil studion in a great location. It's very close to the train and is also above a couple bars that seem very popular. I would definitely stay here again. There was also a hairdryer and other fun lil amenities included that made it feel like I was at home.
