  • Rick's place was absolutely perfect for our Fourth of July group of ten friends. We had plenty of common space, and the location was great - close enough to walk into town, far enough to be quiet. The deck is awesome.... We saw shooting stars at night from the hammock.

There is also a great convenience store (Farlands) right down the street with a decent selection and the best breakfast sandwiches we've ever had.

    Highly recommended.

  • We wanted to take a week out on the Cape with our two young daughters and my brother-in-law. We wanted a quiet spot, but still close enough to the centre of PTown and we wanted to space to give everyone their own room. Richard's house ticked every box and Richard was extremely pleasant to deal with as well.

The house was very clean and had everything we needed to make it a great holiday.

  • Richard was an amazing host to my large group of friends who were in town for a wedding. We had two babies in the party (brought our own pack and plays), and there was plenty of room for families to have private space but also spend time together. Richard was very accommodating with our many request and seemingly never ending list of questions. His house is fully stocked and we were able to a make multiple dinners for large groups of people comfortably. Richard's house was convenient to downtown, but also far enough away that is was very quiet at night. Richard was super easy to get a hold of by cell phone or text. I would definitely stay here again.

  • Richard was very nice and accomodating. We loved this house and our stay was enjoyable. I would highly recommend renting this place if you have a large party.

  • Long story short: We came, we loved the house and the roof deck, it was easy to book, and very easy to both check-in and check-out.

The longer story: It was a milestone birthday for two long-time friends so a group of us rented the house for Columbus Day weekend to celebrate. There were five of us and there was more than enough space for everyone. The bedrooms are all great and include flat screen TV’s in all of (website hidden) is a passion with my crew and we enjoyed the layout of the kitchen and all the tools available. There’s a large dining room table for awesome dinners as well of plenty of space to eat outside. There’s also a great room with a bar and big screen TV. Both the Patriots and Red Sox were playing during our stay so enjoyed watching both teams win on the large screen TV on the very comfortable couches.

The location is close enough to walk into the center of town but set back enough where it’s a quiet retreat away from everything. Check-out was basically emptying the trash and stripping the beds so it was super-easy on departure. Additionally, if you’re not familiar with Provincetown then you’ll appreciate all the information they have available for things-to-do.

An A+ experience. We’re grateful for our time there!

  • Richard's place was great: clean, comfortable, and tastefully appointed. The pictures are accurate, but they really don't do the house justice. It was definitely bigger and better than we expected. It was perfect for our large group of friends. Richard was a gracious host. He answered all of our queries quickly and accurately. Overall, the experience could not have been better. Highly recommended!

  • This was a great house to host a big group for a week. Rick was totally helpful making the arrangements and answering questions while we were there. We rented bikes which really helped getting back and forth to downtown. The walk is very do-able but it is a little bit away from the town center... nice thing is that this means it is quiet :)

We all look forward to going back!

  • Richard's home was a real treat for us during Labor Day weekend. Renting out the whole house allowed us to all feel like we had a home on the cape.

The House: Very clean and comfortbale including the kitchen where you can cook for 20 people. The deck outside allows you to pull the living space outside while the long table inside gives you long family dinners with bottles of wine to really make you feel like family.

If you need any groceries or quick meals the market on down the street fits the bill perfectly.

Truly enjoy the space. Because next year we will be back.

  • We've really enjoyed our stay in Richard's house. He made sure we had all the necessary information prior our arrival. The house itself is absolutely amazing, it's beyond what we've expected. We've had great time in Provincetown and we would love to get back there again and again. Thank you Rick!!
