Very nice place in a good location, near the center of Kailua-Kona. Big swimming pool. We stayed one night and we were 5 people, it was perfect!

Sanford was an awesome host-- Very communicative and attentive to our needs, and he bent over backward to make sure everything was just as it should be.
The unit is very nice, and is such a good value for what you get! It's a very nice location on Alii Drive, located in the center of the range of sights and activities one would want to do there, and it gracefully handled our group of 5 perfectly, with everything we needed. The staff onsite were completely professional, friendly and welcoming, and made the whole experience top-notch, in terms of hospitality.
I can recommend the unit and Sanford very highly, and as I get to that side of our island a lot, I hope to stay there many more times :) Thanks, Sanford!

This place is neat and wide. Very good location.
The outside of the building does not look very good, but inside is very very good. Also, it is maintained by the hotel stuff.
So, we do not have to worry anything, such us detergent, soap, consumables.
