If you are looking for a place that is really clean, super nice, stylish, spacious, convenient and close to everything, this is the place for you!
Note: there are building works happening in the building until the 22/December. It’s in the opposite side of the building to this apartment and it’s only waterproofing and tiling, so it shouldn’t be too noisy or dusty, but there are workers around from 7:30am-3:30 on weekends.

The space
This is a 1 bedroom apartment, in a very easy and handy location, minutes walk to the city, shops, restaurants and transport.
You will be in Chippendale, there is plenty of good cafes, funky restaurants, wine bars and art galleries around, including the world famous White Rabbit Gallery. We are also 10 minutes walk to Redfern or Central train Stations, 20 min walk to the city, close to Broadway Shopping Centre and Central Park where you can do your shopping and 20 min walk to the buzzing Newtown, Surry Hills and Darling Harbour with all of their restaurants and pubs .
It is very easy to get to all of Sydney's major attractions from here - you are one easy 15 min bus ride or train ride away from the Opera House and the Harbour Bridge. We are also minutes drive to Bondi Beach and walking distance to Royal Prince Alfred Hospital (RPA), Sydney University (USYD), University of Technology Sydney (UTS) and Carriageworks. From the airport it is only a 20 minute drive, or a short train ride. This place has everything you need to have a lovely and comfortable stay:
- wi-fi Internet;
- split system air conditioning to heat or cool;
- Smart tv; so that you can log into your Netflix, YouTube or Amazon Prime;
- laundry with washing machine, dryer and iron;
- full kitchen with all appliances, including gas cooktop, stove and microwave;
- bathroom with walk in shower;
- queen size bed with super comfy memory foam mattress;
- the sofa can be set up as a queen size bed with a memory foam topper for extra comfort on request (or automatically if you have booked for more than 2 guests)
- portacot, high chair and baby bath are available on request if you are travelling with a little one;
- all bed linen and towels are provided.

-the apartment is on level 1, so you will need to go up a flight of stairs to get to it.
- it faces a main road, it can be noisy for some people, so please consider before booking and/or bring earplugs.
- this listing is in Australia, so there is a chance you might encounter spiders and other bugs despite regular professional pest control, there will be insect spray in the apartment for your use, consider before travelling!

Other things to note
To get to our apartment from the Airport the 2 easiest options are:

Train - AU$17 per person. It comes every 5 to 10 minutes and it takes about 10-15 minutes into Redfern or Central, then you have to walk for about 10 minutes to the apartment.

Taxi - the easiest option and most cost effective if there is more than 1 of you. It costs between $25-$40 and it takes about 20 minutes (allow a little more time to get into and from the International Airport).
