Thank you for renting our apartment and following the house rules. We hope you have a great stay and please ask in advance if there is anything we can do to make your say more enjoyable.
The apartment was as described, altho two bedrooms is a stretch. Neither bedroom had a closet for our clothes. The one closet was small and inconveniently located.
The location was great--easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go and a subway very close by. Plenty of taxis. Great restaurants nearby. Not sure I would recommend this for a family as we were surrounded by adult shops.
Thank goodness the air conditioner was great as it was very hot while we were there. Nice and quiet with windows closed, too.
Great listing, exactly like the pictures. More than enough room for my friend and I. The neighbourhood was perfectly located, with everything from restaurants to shops at your finger tips.
Jennifer was very helpful with any issues we had. The main problem was the toilet blocking, but a plumber was organised right away.
Overall, we loved this place, and would highly recommend it. I hope to be able to stay again on my next visit to NYC.
We very much enjoyed staying in Jennifer’s apartment.
The location was very convenient; it's a quick walk to the Highline or Soho and the subway station was meters away. The apartment itself was very clean, comfortable and spacious for a West Village apartment. Jennifer wasn’t there when we arrived but she was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!
We enjoyed staying in Jennifer's apt for our daughter's college graduation. It is a third floor walk up, very clean and spacious. Since Christopher Street is quite busy, being higher up made this apt quieter than many. The kitchen is beautifully equipped with new appliances and other nice touches like a Cuisinart kettle that boils water quickly. The 2nd BR has a single bed and is more like a sleeping pod but it was adequate if you have one child or one extra person. My texts were answered promptly when I had a brief problem finding the correct lock box, and later when I had a concern about the door knob. Subway stations are steps away. Great shopping and restaurants make the West Village a fun area. Excellent towels, robes and slippers were provided. Jennifer made sure we were comfortable and happy.
Our stay was very nice. The communication was easy and the apt. was clean and inviting.
Wonderful place, owner was very responsive. I was in NY on business for 3 days and this was a perfect place to retreat to in the evenings.
