The space
‘Twin Palms’ is airy, bright and spacious. Living room offers a 50+ flat screen HDTV w/Bluetooth speaker and comfortable seating to relax and enjoy your stay. Kitchen cabinetry redone, slab granite countertops, island with bar stools, a built-in microwave, see-through fridge, stove, and dishwasher. Plenty of cookware and dishes for up to 9 guests. Also features both a Keurig and drip coffee makers with starter pods. Dining table seating for eight and breakfast table seating for four.
Wi-fi speed is ultra-fast at 600mbps. Sonos surround sound speaker system installed in Living Room, Kitchen, and Master Bedroom areas. All TVs include Amazon Fire sticks and YouTube TV for guest use.
Primary Bedroom #1 suite has a King sized bed with a 50” Smart TV mounted to the wall, walk-in closet, full ensuite private Bathroom #1 with two sinks, shower, and a private sliding door to the outdoor entertainment area. Bedroom #2 has a Queen size bed with a 50” Flat screen mounted to the wall. Bedroom #3 features two Twin sized beds. Bedrooms three and four share a common full Bathroom #2 with shower/tub combo. Bedroom #4 is on the other side of the house features a King size bed and a 50” flat screen mounted to the wall with a full adjacent Bathroom #3 with shower.
Have some fun in the converted game room garage which includes an aluminum ping pong table, darts, exercise bike, and a vintage electronic foosball table.
‘Twin Palms’ features a fully redone 2026 back yard comes fully equipped with a large 30 x 15 ft foot long salt water swimming pool and an infinity spa (optional heating with rates below), lounge chairs to soak up the desert sun, umbrellas, pool toys, and wireless Bose Bluetooth speakers to soundtrack it all enjoying some of your favorite tunes. After a full day of activities you will be able to fire up the island grill with sink and side burner to bbq some of your favorite foods then later relax by the gas fire pit or chill in the infinity spa or pool with stunning views of the San Jacinto mountains afar while watching the stunning desert sunset.

Rules to Note:
- A vacation rental agreement with list of guests staying and emergency contact is required to fill out before arrival along with guest's required to provide their driver's license or passport per city rules.
- Quiet hours from 10pm to 7am per city rules and in respect of the neighbors. Per city rules, there is only low decimal noise and music allowed at this Vacation Rental property while being rented. If music is played it must be at a low decimal level outdoors at all times. Only the guests on the vacation rental agreement are allowed to stay in the property with limited amount of visitors during the day. If police or code enforcement officers are called to the property and they find outside noise or excess guests the primary guest is responsible for the fine in excess of $1,000.
- Cleaning fee covers two or three housekeepers onsite for 3.5hrs. Any additional time needed will be charged to the guest in half hour increments at $90hr.
- Guests staying longer than one month are required to either purchase a mid-cleaning from Blue Coachella Vacation Rental Management, with or without laundry service, or have professional maid service completed once a month for upkeep.
- No mail box access is available. When placing an Amazon order kindly instruct them to deliver to Front Door and not on Sundays. USPS service is not available for guests. Use Fedex or UPS for front door deliveries.
- The pool will be heated to a maximum 86 degrees only upon request at a charge $60/per day which includes spa use or $35 per day for spa use only preferably requested and with payment made in advance. Spa can be heated to 104 degree maximum. Unauthorized use of the pool/spa equipment is prohibited and guest will be charged a fee for any usage. Please only use the provided pool towels for the pool use and not the bathroom towels. Guest are responsible for closing umbrella which can be damaged if high winds occur.
- If you would like to bring your small dog(s) to the property there is a $100 non-refundable dog fee. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a dog so we can submit the bill to you before your arrival. Please no dogs on the beds or living room couch (dog hair found on beds or living room couch will have a dry-cleaning fee post-stay) and ensure to pick-up their droppings.
- Outdoor security cameras (front door, drive way, pool area). Cameras are on and record video for 24hr. Guests can cover pool cameras if needed. No live video is monitored.
