Marina Sunrise is a sea front 3 bedroom bungalow providing an exclusive retreat for a party of six or a family seeking a private haven to experience the traditional life of the Island of Cyprus. The property has its own private large 8x4 kidney shaped heated swimming pool and a nicely maintained garden for endless, care free relaxing hours in the ever shining Mediterranean sun.

The bungalow is located in the sought-after Sunrise project which offers a clean, calm and well built environment. The popular Coral Bay, a 500 meter long bay boasting golden sands and clean blue waters, is a certified blue flag bay and is less than a 10 mins walk from Marina Sunrise.

This bungalow is all about location as the popular Coral Bay strip is only a 5 mins walk away where you’ll find an abundance of shops, restaurants and bars serving locally grown and prepared food. Also the convenience of shops delivering groceries back to your holiday home will make it easier for you to support a beautiful sunset meal.

The garden is professionally landscaped and offers plenty of sunbathing space while furnished with exquisite, solid quality and modern furniture with comfortable sun beds, rattan sofas and a Cocoon setting the scene for a real oasis of calm and tranquility.

The swimming pool has variable depths (1 x 1.90) in addition to flood lights making it a safe and relaxing option at night. If you prefer a little shade, that too is provided by the covered outside dining area where you will be welcomed with a 6 piece comfortable rattan couch set.

Through high doors you will be able to access the fully air conditioned living room which is furnished with two white leather sofas gathered around the modern coffee table which provides a comfortable atmosphere to enjoy the free WIFI and plasma TV with Internet TV offering UK T.V. with Sky sports and unlimited movies (as well as international channel options).

The living room opens through to a superbly equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances offering granite counter tops, dishwasher, microwave, large refrigerator, freezer, high quality electric cooker, oven, toaster, electric kettle and other appliances making the property feel like a home away from home.

The 3 large air-conditioned rooms can accommodate 6 adults with ease and boast large wardrobe space for storage and hanging. The en-suite master bedroom sports a queen size bed as well as the second bedroom whilst the third bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds each with a dedicated bathroom serving both rooms.
