Bao was super responsive and helpful during the booking process. He wasn't home during my stay, but provided some food/activity recommendations beforehand. His girlfriend Su was friendly, an excellent host, and available for any questions I had. The apartment is in an older Vietnamese complex, which had way more character than a Western high-rise building. It looks as in the pictures. It was a great place to come back to after a hot day outside. You can definitely still hear some of the hustle and bustle outside at night, so if you are sensitive to noise while sleeping, I would bring good earplugs (which is probably useful for anywhere you are staying in Saigon). Great food right outside the apartment complex, and centrally located - about a 20 minute walk to the Ben Thanh area. I would definitely stay again.
