The space
Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with small dining table. Exit to the terrace. Shower/WC. Upper floor: (steep stair), 1 room with 1 french bed (145 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Exit to the terrace. Sep. WC. Heating, air-conditioning. Terrace 10 m2, terrace 15 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (3). Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Fire extinguisher.

House "Pueblo", semi-detached. In the resort 400 m from the centre of Porreres, 9.5 km from the centre of Campos, 20 km from the centre of Manacor, 19 km from the sea. Private: property 140 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (5 x 3 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, terrace. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 300 m, bus stop 100 m, sandy beach "Es Trenc" 19 km. Please note: car recommended.
