The Space

You get the keys and the place is all yours for the stay!

The property is ideally located in Central London ZONE 1

The flat is situated on the Thames River Bank (Albert Embankment), in a brand new and secured development in a safe area featuring a five star hotel (Riverside Bank Hotel) and the MI6 Headquarters!
Albert Embankment is facing the most iconic of London Monument, Big Ben along with House of Parliament. Also, it features “Boris Bikes”, bus stops, restaurants and Thames Cruises Companies.
Have a look at the pictures to see the meticulous decoration in this spotless and very clean place. It comprises a cosy double-bedroom; a large and bright bathroom; an impressively chic living room and a fully fitted colourful open plan kitchen.
In addition, the development offers a wonderful view of Westminster and the Thames River from the vast common terrace.

Cosy and peacefully decorated the bedroom features a double bed, plenty of storage spaces and clean beddings.

You’ll get a 3 pieces set of towel par person, shower gel, shampoo, bubble bath and bath salt to enjoy peacefully this large bathroom and its bath-tub.

Kitchen:
This fully fitted open-plan kitchen presents Oven, Microwave, Coffee machine, Fridge-freezer and all cooking utensil. Moreover, cooking essential such as spices, pasta, sauces, butter, hot chocolate, tea, and unrefined sugar are at your disposal.

Living room:
The centre-piece of the flat is a modern and stylish room which includes a sofa-bed, HD ready TV with built in Freeview, dining table with high stools and a very comfy foot-stool.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the whole property as well as a common secured terrace within the development offering an amazing view of London's heart.

I will be greeting the guests at their arrival and at their disposal throughout their stay.
My aim is to make sure that the guests have a memorable stay without the pushy host experience.

The Neighborhood

AREA:

This is a very quiet and exceedingly safe area.
Having a 5 stars Hotel next door and the MI6 headquarters nearby might help in that matter!
You can enjoy the magical sunset/sunrise over the Thames River and Parliament house.
There are many local shops around, including one within the building. Tesco Supermarket is 10mins walk away.

Getting around

TRANSPORTATION:

Bus stops are just across the road including night buses. Several tube and train stations are within walking distance (Vauxhall, Westminster, Waterloo, and Lambeth North).
Two Cycle Hire Docking stations (Barclays “Boris” Bikes) are located within seconds from the flat.
Its Central location gives many options to choose from in regards of transportation.
The location is within the ZONE 1 of the tube which will make you save a great deal of money.

  • We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything worked well. It was clean, had everything we needed, and the hosts were extremely accommodating. There's a small grocery store very near as well as a Tesco (big supermarket) about a half mile away on Kennington. That's one thing I appreciate about getting an apartment. One doesn't aways feel like eating meals out. It also had a convenient location. We went on a literary tour of London with some friends, and it was only a short bus ride away. It's a few blocks from the Underground which wasn't too bad. I figure if it were closer to the Underground, it would be noisier. All in all we had a completely positive experience.

  • Ce 2 pièces est vraiment très agréable et nous en sommes partis avec l envie d y séjourner à nouveau lors de notre prochain weekend londonien.

  • Notre séjour s'est bien passé malgré quelques petits soucis ( TV s'allume la nuit et (email hidden) d'eau chaude pendant 24h) mais rien de grave.

    L'appartement est sympa, à 15 min du métro de Vauxhall, peut-être un peu loin quand on a marché toute la journée mais il y a un arrêt de bus plus proche et que je conseille fortement (nous malheureusement on l'a su trop tard).

    Je vous conseille de prendre le bus + métro ( ticket à la journée) car nous on n'a pris que la oyster card et c'est pas top et cher car desfois on a fait des labyrinthes dans le métro ( certaines lignes sont régulièrement en travaux) alors qu'en bus on mettrait 5 min, mais on ne nous l'a pas conseillé à temps...

    Pour le prix, l'appartement est tout à fait correct pour Londres.

  • We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Close to the Thames and hence convenient for walks. The apartment was well equipped and furnished and was a comfortable haven after each day's exploring of London.

  • Tony's apartment is in an amazing location just a short bus ride to the city center. The apartment is clean and fresh with everything you need. Immunization with tiny has been so easy. He is quickly responsive to any inquiry. We will definitely recommend this apartment to friends planning a trip to London. We would also stay here again.

  • Nous avons passé 3 soirées et nuits dans cet appartement fin avril 2014. Il est idéalement situé et permet de visiter Londres facilement. L'appartement est bien équipé, propre et cosy comme le dit l'annonce. L'accueil a également été très agréable avec une explication du fonctionnement de l'habitation. Je vous le recommande chaudement!

Hi there, We are Tony and Stephan, Frenchmen and we have been living in London for years. We a very sociable and open-minded person, enjoy travelling and discovering new cultures and traditions. Between the two of us, we had diverse travel experiences such as a "take-it-easy" Moroccan trip, a tropical forest trek in Venezuela and a road trip on Route 66 throughout California. We both enjoy sports, especially Football. Tony's loves going to cinema with regularly but Stephan is more of the live performance type such as Concert, Ballet or Theater. The South Bank is our preferred place for such events with its BFI cinema for art-house films, and the Royal Festival Hall for its multicultural concerts and much more. Stephan's rant: Now, just for the record, anyone who dislikes any of F. Dostoyevsky's books will not be allowed in the flat!!! I'm just joking... more seriously, he wrote my favorite book which is The Brothers Karamazov. G. Orwell's 1984 comes second and H. de Balzac's La peau de Chagrin is third.
