Luxury outbuilding completely renovated and ideally located: 100 m from a tram station to reach Bordeaux centre in 20 minutes and Bordeaux St Jean train station in 40 minutes. Close to the Châteaux du Médoc, the Airport, the Parc de Expositions and THE MATMUT Atlantique stadium. Fully self-contained entrance and easy parking. Beautiful ceiling height, exposed beams with all the equipment, it is located in a garden, in a very quiet area.
